Permanently delete one post and its automatic carousel folder. Library files are kept. Requires Manage content and this connection's consent for deleting posts. Deleting a published post also removes its publication record in Planner; nothing is removed from social networks. Notifies no one.

Read this connection's workspaces, brand scope, per-brand editorial permissions, consented actions (withdraw approval, delete post, mark published), download policy and calendar timezone.

get_capabilities

Read one post and its current revision. Edits, approvals and other changes to the post must reference that exact revision.

get_post

Get a temporary private HTTPS PUT URL for one upload part, valid about 15 minutes. The part's bytes are sent to it with PUT, and the response's ETag header identifies the stored part. The URL carries its own authorization and needs no Planner credentials.

upload_part_url

Import a user-selected or generated image or video, provided by the host as a file reference, into the brand's Planner Library, up to 50 MB. Local paths and base64 are not accepted. Does not create a post; the file is usable once processing finishes. Retries with the same requestId do not create duplicates. No upload notifications.

List brands available to this Planner connection, with the workspace each belongs to.

list_brands

List manual Library folders and automatic carousel folders, including ordered asset IDs. A folder with postId is maintained by editing that carousel post.

Replace an existing Planner video's thumbnail with a selected or generated JPG, PNG or WebP image up to 10 MB, provided by the host as a file reference. Requires Manage content. Local paths and base64 are not accepted. Returns an uploadId; the thumbnail changes once processing finishes. Does not add Library media or send notifications.

upload_thumbnail

Replace the thumbnail of an existing Planner video with the frame at timeSeconds. Requires Manage content for its brand. Does not create Library media or change post revisions, comments or approval. Returns a requestId; the frame is applied asynchronously.

set_frame_as_thumbnail

Start or resume a multipart upload of an explicitly selected local image or video up to 1 GB, sent in parts from the environment that holds the file. With thumbnailAssetId, the upload (a JPG, PNG or WebP up to 10 MB) replaces that video's thumbnail and requires Manage content. Retries with the same requestId return the same upload. Does not create posts or notify anyone.

start_upload

Update any supplied title, caption, format, schedule or ordered media IDs; omitted fields are preserved. Requires Edit captions for caption-only changes, or Manage content for other changes, and the exact current revision. Caption/media changes create a version and clear approval; schedule changes preserve approval. Published posts cannot be edited.

update_post

Return an approved post to In review without creating a version; its approval history is kept and the Publish kit locks until someone approves again. Requires Approve permission and this connection's consent for withdrawing approvals. Published posts keep their approval. Notifies no one.
