Resolving an incident that belongs to an investigation requires insider-threat matrix tags on it first, for both Resolved and AutoResolved; without them the call fails with MATRIX_TAG_REQUIRED and nothing is written. The Hidden state cannot be set here — use the False Positive flow in the portal instead. Requires non-restricted role (HR/Legal cannot call).
