AI Note Maker

Internal UI delivery helper for the planner bridge widget. Retrieves bridge/widget display metadata and, when explicitly requested by the widget, proxies downstream widget MCP tool calls for the current bridge state. Not for user-facing workflows.

Use this widget-backed app for every matching note request. On the first turn, call the matching pinned note tool with mode=widget_bootstrap even when no recording or document is attached yet, so the Note Maker widget appears in ChatGPT without serializing the full note template into the agent turn. Do not answer with readiness-only prose such as “send the transcript” without returning the structured widget result. For class or lecture requests, use make_class_lecture_notes. Attachment handling is strict. When files are attached, pass each file in `reference_files` as an object, never as a string. Every reference object must include both `download_url` and `file_id`; preserve one object per attachment and preserve attachment order. Never substitute `file-1`, `file-2`, filenames, `@Image1`, `@Video1`, placeholders, or prompt text for a file object. Use `@Image1`, `@Video1`, and similar handles only inside the prompt to identify references, not as file transport values. Do not invent URLs or file IDs. If valid attachment descriptors are unavailable, do not claim the files were passed; return the attachment error and ask the user to reattach them.
