Add a new rich text section to a proposal, for content the built-in sections don't cover (for example case studies, guarantees, or an FAQ). Returns the new section_key; pass body_html to write the content in the same call, or write it later with update_proposal text_sections. By default the section is appended at the end; pass insert_after with an existing section_key to place it right after that section. Works without an account.

add_section

Brand the proposal with your own business's logo and colors. Pass your website URL; the app fetches it and extracts your logo and brand colors and applies them as the proposal's branding, which appears as the sender (the business the proposal is from). Use the sender's own site, not the client's: the client appears only as the named recipient, never as the author. Never browse the site, and never generate, guess, or hand-supply a logo or colors. If the user wants their proposal branded but gives no URL, ask for their business's website. Falls back to the neutral professional default when a site has no usable branding. Works without an account.

apply_branding

Create a new proposal draft and get a hosted preview link immediately. Works without an account. Every section starts empty: write the content with update_proposal, addressing sections by the keys in the result, and reshape the structure with add_section and remove_section. To brand the proposal with your business's logo and colors, call apply_branding with your website URL; the app fetches and extracts the branding itself, so don't browse the site yourself. The result also includes a claim_token for editing the draft in later calls. The finished proposal is delivered as a live link by default (publish_proposal); export_pdf covers users who prefer a file.

create_proposal

Create a copy of an existing proposal as a new draft. Client identity is cleared so the copy can be adapted for a new recipient.

duplicate_proposal

Get a link that downloads the proposal as a PDF, for users who want a file. When the proposal is going to a client, the default delivery is publish_proposal's live hosted link, which tells the sender when the client first opens it. For drafts the download starts automatically when the link opens.

export_pdf

Get a proposal's status, totals, link, and section keys. The full document stays on the hosted page.

List the signed-in account's proposals with status and links, most recently updated first.

list_proposals

Publish a proposal to its live hosted link and return the link — the default way to deliver a finished proposal to its client. The sender is notified the first time the client opens the link. A draft created before sign-in is attached to your account automatically.

publish_proposal

Remove a section from a proposal by its section_key, deleting its content permanently. Works on both template sections the user doesn't need (for example timeline or about) and sections added with add_section. The cover cannot be removed. Confirm with the user before removing a section that has content. Works without an account.

remove_section

Update a proposal. text_sections writes rich text sections by section_key, cover sets the cover heading and overview, pricing replaces the pricing table. Section keys come from create_proposal or get_proposal results. Each call asks the user to approve, so before calling, tell them in one short line which section you are about to write (for example, 'Writing the Executive Summary…') so the approval prompt has context.

update_proposal
