Create a note on a saved chart. Timeline notes (CHART_TRANSITS, SECONDARY_PROGRESSIONS, SOLAR_RETURN, LUNAR_RETURN) require event_date; SYNASTRY and COMPOSITE_CHART require secondary_chart; NATAL and DRACONIC_CHART need neither. A chart has exactly one NATAL note.

Create a new chart folder. Folder names are unique per account; creating a name that already exists is an error (use the existing folder instead — move_charts also creates missing folders on its own).

Permanently delete a chart note. This cannot be undone — always confirm with the user before calling this tool.

A biwheel over a saved chart (transits, secondary progressions, solar/lunar return, or draconic). Returns both wheels and the cross-chart aspects as the same text the in-app copy button produces. `time` is the transit/progression moment or return anchor (default: now; solar_return defaults to the most recent birthday); it does not apply to draconic. `location` overrides the transit location (defaults to the chart’s saved transit location). A settings profile pinned to the chart applies. When the user has Profections enabled, the transits/progressions/return output carries a Profections section right after the root chart’s header: the annual (and, if enabled, monthly) profected sign, its whole-sign house, and its lord as of the wheel’s moment. Use this to answer profection questions for a given date.

A single note in full: metadata plus the body as Markdown (images come back as Markdown image links with their full URL; astrological glyphs as their text token, e.g. ☉ or :shortcode:).

The current sky (realtime transits) as chart text. Defaults to now at the user's home location; pass time and/or location to look elsewhere or elsewhen. The resolved location and UTC offset are echoed in the header.

Vimshottari dasha periods for a saved chart, starting from the nakshatra of the Moon (or the Ascendant, per the user's setting or start_from). Returns the nested period levels around a query date: level 1 Mahadashas of 6 to 20 years (the first starts at birth with its remaining balance), then Antardasha, Pratyantardasha, Sookshma, and Prana sub-periods, each a proportional subdivision of its parent. Nakshatras are sidereal, so a tropical chart's starting longitude is shifted by the user's ayanamsha. An active marker shows the period containing the query date at each level. A settings profile pinned to the chart applies.
