Ativo Email

Ativo Email is an email communication tool. Connect your existing mailbox to search and read messages and prepare or send emails directly from your ChatGPT conversation, with explicit approval before sending. Ativo Email connects an existing email mailbox to ChatGPT. Search messages, read and summarize their content, and prepare replies or new emails using the context you provide. Install the plugin, sign in or create an Ativo Email account, then configure your mailbox in the secure panel. The service uses IMAP/SMTP and a compatible application password. Enter credentials only in the panel, never in chat. Each account connects one mailbox. Messages are text only; attachments are not supported. For sales and customer relationships, describe your business, the recipient and their needs to ChatGPT, then ask it to draft a personalized message. For example: My company provides digital signage for supermarkets. Using the customer information I provide, draft an email explaining how to update prices and promotions on screens. Show the draft for review before sending. The plugin does not independently research companies. Review the recipient and message before approving delivery using the confirmation card in chat or the panel. Preparing a draft does not send it. SMTP acceptance does not guarantee delivery. Searches and reads do not mark messages as read. Your mailbox remains hosted by your email provider. Requested message content passes through the Ativo Email service hosted by Suporte Ativo and is made available to ChatGPT. Outgoing messages also pass through the service before submission to your SMTP provider. Connection credentials and drafts are encrypted at rest. Draft content is removed after sending or cancellation. Unsent drafts have temporary retention of up to 24 hours, with cleanup during use. You can disconnect your mailbox and delete your local data and login account through the panel. See the privacy policy and terms for details.
