Baeem

Add invitations to the guest list. Parse whatever the couple gave you — a pasted list, a spreadsheet, a WhatsApp group export, a photo of a handwritten list — into one row per invitation (a household or a person), with a mobile number whenever there is one: invitations go out over WhatsApp to that number. Phone numbers may be local (050-1234567) or international. A number already on the list updates that row instead of adding a duplicate. Confirm with the couple before adding more than about 30 rows you inferred rather than read.

add_guests

Change one round of the WhatsApp schedule: which approved message style it sends, how many days before the event it goes out and at what time, or switch it off and on. Get the roundId and the styles this event can use from list_rounds first, and show the couple the style’s text before choosing it for them. Rounds that are sending or done cannot change. This never sends anything.

configure_round

The WhatsApp schedule: each round (save the date, invitation, nudges to those who have not answered, day-of reminder, thank-you, and the phone-call round), when it goes out, its state, the message style it uses and every style it could use with that style’s exact approved text. Messages are fixed, Meta-approved templates; the couple chooses a style, never writes free text. Placeholders like {{1}} are filled per guest.

list_rounds

The guest list with each invitation’s RSVP answer: who confirmed and for how many seats, who declined, who said maybe, who has not answered. Filter by answer or search by name or phone. Use it to answer "who hasn’t replied?", "how many from X are coming?", and to find a guestId before update_guest or remove_guests.

list_guests

Every event this account can manage, with the one the tools use by default marked. Only needed when the couple manages more than one event (or helps with someone else’s).

list_my_events

A link to the part of the Baeem dashboard for what cannot be done in this conversation: uploading the invitation artwork, activating the event so invitations can be sent, gift settings, seating, inviting a partner or family member, and previewing exactly what guests receive.

open_dashboard

Take invitations off the guest list. A guest who was never messaged is deleted; one who was is removed: off the list and the counts, sent nothing more, and restorable from the dashboard. Confirm the exact names with the couple before calling. Find the guestIds with list_guests.

remove_guests

Register the couple’s event, or update its details: names, date, time, venue, event kind and the expected number of invitations. Safe to call again with only the fields that changed. Once names and date are set the registration is complete; the couple can then build the guest list here. Ask for anything you do not know; never invent a date or a venue.

set_up_wedding

Correct one invitation: its name, phone number or how many people it is for, or record an answer the couple got directly (a phone call, in person). Find the guestId with list_guests first.

update_guest

The couple’s event at a glance: names, date, venue, RSVP counts (confirmed invitations, confirmed seats, declined, maybe, no answer), the WhatsApp invitation and reminder schedule, and what is left to do. Call this first whenever the couple asks how things stand, who is coming, or what to do next.
