Full-text search in Portuguese across transactions, categories and tags. Returns matching object kinds, names and workspace-scoped IDs.

search

Every system and user-defined category available in this workspace, with its workspace-scoped ID, display name and effective type.

list_categories

Replace the category on up to 200 workspace transactions at once. The change is recorded in transaction history and can be reversed from the Billbo interface.

categorize_transactions

Bank accounts, credit cards and manually tracked instruments in this workspace.

list_accounts

Active Billbo workspace metadata: user, currency, reference mode, connected institutions, available data dates, plan limits and the actions authorized for this connection.

get_context

Create a rule that auto-categorizes matching transactions from now on. With confirm=false it only previews the current match count; confirm=true creates an enabled persistent rule.

create_rule

Set the budget for one category in one reference month. Defaults to the current month and replaces an existing value; amount=0 removes the month-specific budget.

set_budget

Details currently stored for one workspace transaction, including its effective date, descriptions, amount, category and visibility.

get_transaction

Where the money went in a period, largest first, with the budget for each category when one is set, its share of spending and an over-budget indicator.

get_category_breakdown

Investment positions with the latest value stored in Billbo for each position. This call does not fetch live market prices.
