Sends tasks the user agreed to into Drafts in the Buddy app on the user's phone (Lists, then Drafts), where they wait until the user adds them. It takes new tasks and cannot read, list, change or delete anything already in Buddy. The Buddy card calls this when the user taps Send on it, with the card's planRef and each task's key; it also works from the chat, with the same planRef and keys, for a user who cannot see the card. Up to 30 tasks per call. Buddy skips a task it already received in the last 2 days unless sendAgain is true. Not for medication doses, passwords, home addresses or other people's contact details.

Use this to show the user a card of the tasks planned for Buddy Day Planner, and again with the whole updated list when the user adds, removes, moves or changes a task: the card on screen changes when this is called. It takes new tasks and cannot read, list, change or delete anything already in Buddy. On the card the user leaves tasks out and sends one task or all of them to Drafts in the Buddy app, where they wait until the user adds them. An update passes the planRef from the list's last card and keeps each task's key, tasks the user left out included, so the card keeps what was sent or left out. Not for medication doses, passwords, home addresses or other people's contact details.
