Add a folio transaction (charge/payment/refund/adjustment) to a reservation. If folioId is omitted, the open room (guest) folio of the reservation is used. Use get_departments to discover departmentId.

Append a note/message to a reservation. The note appears in the reservation message thread and is synced to reservation.notes.

Create a new (tentative) reservation for a hotel. One reservation can contain one or many room blocks. IMPORTANT: This is a WRITE action. Before calling, you MUST summarise all details (dates, rooms, guests, nights, per-room and total price) to the user and get an explicit confirmation. Only then call with confirm=true. Without confirm=true the reservation is NOT created. SINGLE ROOM: use the top-level roomId/roomTypeId/roomNumber/autoPick/adult/children/nightlyPrice fields. MULTIPLE ROOMS: send the rooms[] array with one entry per room block; each entry carries its own room, occupancy, nightlyPrice and optionally its own arrivalDate/departureDate and room-leader guest name. When rooms[] is given the top-level room fields are ignored (top-level nightlyPrice and guest name are only used as fallbacks for entries that omit them). Room selection per block: provide roomId (+roomTypeId) from get_availability, OR roomNumber (the backend resolves it), OR set autoPick=true to let the backend pick any available room (optionally constrained by roomTypeId). nightlyPrice is the per-night, tax-inclusive amount; a block's total is its nightlyPrice * its nights. Use list_agencies to pick an agencyId when relevant.
