get_contact

Per-day rollups: total/inbound/outbound calls, missed and recovered counts, score sums, total call seconds. Max 90 days per request. Average score for a day = scoreSum / scored.

Minutes used vs the included plan this billing cycle for your Canarics team (AI voice-agent minutes). Also returns the hard cap at which calls stop.

get_usage

Your team's Canarics AI voice agents: phone number they answer on, language, voice, transfer number, minutes used this cycle.

list_agents

Conversations handled by the team's Canarics AI voice agents (newest first, paginated): caller number, AI summary, quality score, sentiment, action taken, and whether a callback is needed. Human recorded calls live in list_calls instead.

list_conversations

Call log summaries (newest first, paginated): counterparty number, direction, AI summary, quality score, sentiment, missed/recovered status. No transcripts.

list_calls

Schedule the team's Canarics AI voice agent to call a customer back. Only works for numbers the team already has call history with (never cold calls). The reason you give becomes the call context the agent speaks from, so ground it in what the customer actually asked. The call is placed by the outbound loop during allowed hours; the analyzed result arrives on the team webhook as call.analyzed.
