Integration details

Description

For merchants who sell with Capi Agent. Connect your store and ask ChatGPT how sales went today, why they dropped, what needs your attention, and why customers rate the service low — every answer built from your store's real figures. ChatGPT can also set up your AI sales agent for you: add knowledge base answers, adjust its rules, working hours and behaviour, with every change logged and undoable. Customer identities never leave Capi: no names, phone numbers, emails or addresses, and phone numbers and emails inside conversation text are masked. Campaigns are only proposed for your approval — nothing is sent to your customers from ChatGPT.

Tools

24 tools agents can invoke

Adds a behaviour rule the AI agent follows in every reply (for example «never promise a delivery date»). At most 25 rules of 200 characters.
add_agent_rule
Adds a question and its answer to the knowledge base, which the AI agent uses to answer customers. Refuses a question that is already answered.
add_knowledge_article
Adds several questions with their answers to the knowledge base in one change, which the AI agent uses to answer customers. Use it when the merchant gave answers to more than one question. A question that is already answered is skipped and reported.
add_knowledge_articles
Approves one or more suggested questions in one change: each enters the knowledge base with the given answer, or with its draft answer when none is given, and the AI agent answers customers with it from now on. A question with no answer to use, or one already answered, is skipped and reported.
approve_kb_suggestion
Returns the dashboard links where the merchant connects the store platform (Salla, Zid, Shopify, WooCommerce, custom), messaging channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger), email and the website chat. Connecting needs the merchant's own click on the platform's consent screen.
connection_links
Returns customer-service quality for a period against the period before it: conversations, first-response and resolution times, reply-deadline compliance, overdue and unanswered conversations, escalations and complaints, customer ratings with their recent low-rated comments, and questions the AI agent could not answer.
service_report
Deletes a knowledge base article. The agent stops using its answer immediately.
delete_knowledge_article
Finds the store's own products by name or SKU, or lists those out of stock, running low, or hidden from the AI agent's recommendations — with price, stock, availability and link.
find_my_products
Returns how the store's AI agent is set up now: on or off, its rules, working hours and time zone, fallback language, follow-up and auto-close, which of its tools are on, customer memory, rating requests, and the knowledge base's size by category.
get_agent_setup
Lists saved versions of the agent's rules and settings, newest first, with what changed in each.
list_agent_versions
Lists the knowledge base articles the AI agent answers from, optionally filtered by words in the question or answer, or by category.
list_knowledge_articles
Lists questions waiting for the merchant's approval before they enter the knowledge base: questions customers asked that the AI agent could not answer, and questions learned from conversations a staff member answered. Each has an id, how often it was asked, and a draft answer when one was learned from a real staff reply; a question with no draft needs its answer from the merchant — never invent one.
list_kb_suggestions
Queues the strongest measured campaign or automation idea for the merchant's approval. Nothing is sent: a person approves it in the dashboard. At most one proposal a day.
propose_campaign
Returns recent customer conversations with their messages, to see what customers ask and how the agent and staff answered. Phone numbers and email addresses in the text are masked; customer identities are not included.
recent_conversations
Rejects one or more suggested questions so they stop appearing for approval. Nothing is added to the knowledge base.
reject_kb_suggestion
Puts the agent's rules and settings back to a saved version. The current state is saved first, so a restore can itself be undone.
restore_agent_version
Returns the store's sales for a period against the period before it: orders, revenue, average order value, cancellations and refunds, best-selling products, the share the AI agent assisted, abandoned carts, and best sellers that are out of stock or running low.
sales_report
Switches on or off the short satisfaction rating a customer is asked for after a conversation closes.
set_rating_requests
Sets the store's working hours per day (up to four periods a day, HH:MM, in the store's time zone) and optionally the time zone. Days left out keep their current hours.
set_working_hours
Returns what is still missing in the store's setup, in the order to do it: each step's title, why it matters, the steps, whether it is required, and a link to the dashboard page that does it.
setup_status
Returns everything that needs attention now: disconnected or failing store platforms and channels, why the AI agent is not ready, conversations waiting for a person or past their deadline, decisions waiting for approval, unanswered customer questions with their ids, low stock, and required setup steps still open — each with a link to fix it.
store_problems
Changes how the AI agent behaves: the fallback reply language, follow-up after a customer goes quiet, auto-closing idle conversations, remembering returning customers, focused sales/support modes, the daily proposals, and its product search, recommendation and shipping-tracking tools. Coupons, refunds and autonomy are changed only from the dashboard.
update_agent_behavior
Changes the text of one of the agent's rules, or switches it on or off.
update_agent_rule
Changes the question or the answer of an existing knowledge base article.
