Caretta

Create a todo on an accessible call for the authenticated user.

caretta_create_todo

Get one accessible Caretta call by ID, optionally including its transcript and todos. Action items can appear independently in the call's nextSteps summary output and in separate todos records; they may diverge or duplicate. Todos are the tracked, updatable resource, while nextSteps is generated call-summary output.

caretta_get_call

Read the authenticated user's personal discovery checklists, their organisation's shared discovery checklists, or both. Returns stable call-type keys, labels, ordered items, and the default call type.

caretta_get_checklists

List recent Caretta calls accessible across the user's organisation, not only calls they personally own. This includes calls they own, attended, or that were shared with them. Results are paginated: pass the returned nextCursor as `cursor` to fetch the next page. Use caretta_list_my_calls for the owned-only set. Transcripts are omitted unless explicitly requested.

caretta_list_calls

List tracked, updatable todos visible to the authenticated user, optionally scoped to one call. Results are paginated: pass the returned nextCursor as `cursor` to fetch the next page. Status defaults to open. A call may also expose independently generated action items in its nextSteps call-summary output; nextSteps and todos may diverge or duplicate, and writes should target todos.

caretta_list_todos

List the owned-only set of Caretta calls: calls/meetings the user personally owns, newest first. Excludes calls that were shared with them or that they only attended, so it will often share almost no results with caretta_list_calls; use that tool for the organisation-wide accessible set. Results are paginated: pass the returned nextCursor as `cursor` to fetch the next page. Transcripts are omitted unless explicitly requested.

caretta_list_my_calls

Atomically add, update, replace, or delete personal or organisation discovery checklists. Organisation writes require an organisation administrator. Item updates replace the complete ordered item list for a call type.

caretta_manage_checklists

Search accessible call transcripts and summaries. Full transcript JSON is returned only when includeFullTranscript is true.

caretta_search_transcripts

Update one visible todo. Use this for completion state, description, owner, or due date changes.

caretta_update_todo
