Cartly+

Add one item directly without preliminary list calls. Omit household_id unless the user explicitly requests another household. Defaults to the active household selected in Cartly, even if multiple households exist. Generate a fresh UUID as item_id for each requested addition and reuse it only when retrying that same addition. Quantity and unit are separate from name.

Add multiple requested items or recipe ingredients together in one atomic insert (1-50 items). Prefer this over repeated add_shopping_item calls. Use the active Cartly household unless another is explicitly requested. planned_for applies to every item. Generate one UUID per item and reuse the same IDs and values on retry. Do not add ingredients until the user requests it.

List households accessible to the signed-in Cartly user.

Read the active Cartly household shopping list, optionally for one date. Only pass household_id for an explicitly requested different household. Page with offset until has_more is false.

Remove exactly one user-requested item by ID, using its latest version. Omit household_id to use the active Cartly household. Read the list first to resolve the correct item.

Change only specified fields, including is_checked. Omit household_id to use the active Cartly household. Use the version returned by the latest list read.
