List the AI Advisors available to the authenticated organization. Call this first: which advisors exist is configured per organization, so the set is not fixed and cannot be guessed. Takes no arguments. Returns a markdown list. Each entry gives the advisor's name, its ``advisor_id``, its ``advisor_type`` (e.g. ``warranty_advisor``, ``service_advisor``), whether it is the organization's default, and a short description. The ``advisor_id`` is a reference identifier only — no tool takes it as an input. Not every advisor listed here is callable yet. Exposing one as its own "Ask <Advisor Name>" tool is a separate step a Circuitry admin performs, so if an advisor appears here with no matching tool, ask your admin to add it. Read-only: this looks up configuration and creates, modifies, or deletes nothing. Results are cached briefly per organization, so a newly added advisor can take a few minutes to appear.
