ClassWise School & District

Use first to list the schools or districts the connected active staff member or administrator can access. Returns only organization identifiers and operational classification fields needed by the other Classwise tools.

get_classwise_access_context

Get one accessible class section's course, term, teacher, room, and bounded basic meeting times. Subject and bell-period detail requires the separate schedule tool and its schedule permission. This tool does not return a student roster, grades, accommodations, or attendance.

get_classwise_class

Return one de-identified, school-wide active-enrollment total. Program, grade, and status cells are never returned, and totals below 10 are withheld to reduce re-identification risk.

get_classwise_enrollment_summary

List reviewed academic years, semesters, quarters, or grading periods for one accessible school. Results contain scheduling structure only, not grades or student records.

list_classwise_terms

List class sections for one accessible school, optionally filtered to a term or course. Returns class structure and teacher display names, but no enrollment counts, student roster, or grades.

list_classwise_classes

List course-catalog entries for one accessible school. Returns course structure only and never student grades, credentials, health, discipline, or payment data.

list_classwise_courses

List the weekly meeting slots for one accessible class section. Returns day, time, room, subject, and bell-period labels only; it never returns attendance or student records.

list_classwise_class_meetings

List the direct member schools or child organizations beneath one accessible Classwise district or group. Use organization IDs returned by get_classwise_access_context or this tool.

list_classwise_schools

List the configured subjects for one accessible class section. Returns subject structure and teacher display names, not assignments, grades, or student data.
