Fetch full price detail for one price-book item by its id (from a `search` result).

Compare a price-book item against the Counter-network benchmark — the anonymised cross-customer median for the same product. Call this WHENEVER the user asks "is this a good price?", "what should I be paying?", "how does this compare?", or wants a price sanity-check — run it, do not merely offer. Chain it right after search_price_book, passing that item's std_item_id, item_name, and ALL its price_book_item_ids (collect the ids from every matched row that shares the same standard_item_id). Returns the network median, typical range, and per-merchant breakdown; if there is not enough network data it says so.

Project what a material will likely cost a few months out, as a banded range + cited commodity-index basis (never a bare point price). Answers "what will this cost in October / by the time I buy?". Pass the std_item_id + item_name from search_price_book output, and current_unit_price when you have it (for a £ range).

Search your Counter price book for materials by name or SKU. Returns matching items with a citation URL; call `fetch` with a result id for full price detail.

Look up the customer's own prices. To find an item, ALWAYS pass `search` with the product name (e.g. "masking tape", "cement") — it matches name, SKU, and aliases. `supplier_name` only NARROWS results to one supplier; it does NOT find items on its own, so never search with supplier_name alone. Supports search_alternatives (metric equivalents, formal names), category browsing, and list_categories. Shows prices across suppliers with savings; when the result spans suppliers the output opens with a "Cheapest per supplier" summary — use those figures for generic "what is the price for X" questions (diverge only when the user names a specific variant). Each item line includes its standard_item_id and price_book_item_id. IMPORTANT: when the user asks whether a price is good / what they SHOULD pay / how it compares to others, immediately follow up with the `price_benchmark` tool, passing the std_item_id and the price_book_item_ids from the matched item — do not just offer, actually run it.
