Creates a new model-driven web app. You define the data model (entities with fields) and the platform auto-generates a full CRUD UI for managing data. The result is a working app with built-in forms, tables, and data management — but NO custom business logic or custom GUI yet. To add custom frontend components or backend logic, use the code tools (write_files, patch_files) after creation. Use get_docs to learn about frontend and backend customization. Recommended: maximum 5 fields per entity for initial creation. Set deploy=true to make the app live immediately. Returns two URLs: a project URL (for editing the app) and a deployed URL (for using the app in production). Both URLs should be presented to the user.

Lists all apps owned by the authenticated user. Returns each app's name and project URL. Use the returned app IDs with other tools (update_app, list_files, write_files, etc.) to manage specific apps.

Updates an existing app. All updates are partial (merge-style) — only specify what you want to change. You do NOT need to resend the full model. Only include new or modified entities, and within each entity, only new or modified fields. Only the properties you specify will be updated; omitted properties remain unchanged. To remove entities, use deleteEntities with an array of entity names. To add or modify entities, include them in project.entities — existing entities matched by name are updated, new names create new entities. Fields within entities follow the same partial logic: include only what is new or changed. Set deploy=true to redeploy after updating. Requires app ownership.
