record_metrics

Record numbers a watch, ring or scale measured — resting heart rate, weight, sleep times, steps — for the days they belong to. Each fills that day’s metric only where the person has not typed a value of their own (a typed value always wins), and waits for a day not yet opened. A night’s sleep belongs to the morning it ends. Sending the same day again replaces this source’s earlier reading. The change is queued and applied when the Cykl app is next open on the person’s device.

record_readings
