Digip

Suggests Nice classes and goods/services terms from a plain-text description of a business or product. Creates or updates a classification record and returns classification_id, classes (integer array), and goods_services (flat term array) shaped for create_search_report input. Passing an existing classification_id with a refinement instruction (for example adding a class or narrowing focus) continues that classification instead of starting over.

classify_goods_services

Creates a new Digip trademark conflict search report for the given mark, goods/services, Nice classes, and regions (max 10). Each call consumes one search from the authenticated customer's quota. A new region set or search scope requires a new report — existing reports are not updated. Returns filing_probability labels (low|medium|high|very_high) per region, risk_summary by region×risk, a lean top-N conflicting-mark list (not the full hit list), report_url to the Digip UI, and related summary fields. Deeper report sections are available via get_trademark_report (overview, scores, legal, matches).

create_search_report

Reads an existing Digip trademark search report by report_id. section=overview returns a lean summary (top N of total_matches, risk_summary, filing_probability labels). When total_matches is 100 it may be Digip's hit-list cap, not the full conflict count. section=matches returns paginated conflicting marks — lean by default (classes, registration date, applicant; no goods_services); full goods/services when filter_application_number is set. section=scores returns filing_probability labels per region, plus the classes and terms used to create the report (two separate lists). section=legal returns notes written on the report in Digip when present. Optional matches filters: filter_word_mark, filter_risk_level, filter_region, filter_class, filter_application_number; offset paginates matches.

get_trademark_report

Lists trademark search reports for the authenticated Digip customer. Returns a paginated list with report_id, trademark_name, classes, regions, and report_url per report. Optional filters: trademark_name, regions, and classes. Report contents are read with get_trademark_report using a report_id from this list.
