Ask the landlord or real estate professional for a tour of a listing, as the connected renter. This is a tour REQUEST, not a booking — never tell the renter a tour is scheduled unless the landlord confirms. TWO STEPS: (1) call with listing_id, preferred_date (YYYY-MM-DD), time_start and time_end (24-hour HH:MM, at least 30 minutes, property local time) and optional phone/message — it sends NOTHING and returns the exact details plus a confirmation_token; (2) show the renter exactly that, and only after they explicitly say yes call again with the SAME arguments plus confirmation_token. Never guess a date, time or phone. Their name and email come from their Emlakie account.
