It reads the business's website and the documents the owner shares — price lists, menus, policies and terms — then interviews the owner to build a complete understanding of the business: products and services, prices and what is included, payment, delivery, timings, contact details, cancellations and refunds, questions customers ask and the words they use, objections, deals, and when a person should take over. It is built to ask rather than guess. Each fact in the dossier is recorded with its source and whether the owner confirmed it, conflicting sources are put to the owner, and gaps become instructions ("say the team will confirm") instead of assumptions.
