eRank

Returns the user's eRank plan, usage limits, remaining daily allowances, reset times, and which features the plan restricts. Use it when the user asks about their plan, remaining searches, limits, or why some data is unavailable. Calling it does not use any allowance. Do not call it before every eRank request; other tools report their own restrictions. get_keyword_stats, get_bulk_keyword_stats, list_related_keywords, and list_keyword_top_listings share one daily keyword search allowance. get_shop_public_summary and list_shop_public_listings share one daily shop search allowance. Each distinct keyword or bulk batch counts once per day, and repeating it the same day still works after the allowance is used up. A null used or remaining value means no account-wide counter applies, such as a per-list or per-request limit.

get_account_limits

Returns eRank Bulk Keyword Tool metrics for up to 20 keywords in one request: average searches, clicks, click-through rate, competition, keyword difficulty, Google data, and search trend for each keyword. Use it when the user wants to compare two or more keywords; use get_keyword_stats for a single keyword. Blank entries and exact duplicates are removed. Requires Keyword Tool access. The batch counts once per day against the daily keyword search allowance; repeating the same batch the same day does not count again. On the free plan, only the first keyword has full metrics; selected metrics for the other keywords are null with plan_limited restrictions, while search trend can remain available. When eRank has no data for the batch, keywords is empty and status is no_data. Some data may be restricted by the user's eRank plan or usage limits. Restricted values are null with structured entitlement metadata. plan_limited means the current plan does not provide access, not zero, unknown, or missing data. usage_limited means the request exceeds a usage quota. Unrestricted null values or status no_data indicate missing data. Explain unavailable fields and account entitlements neutrally, distinguishing plan restrictions, exhausted usage quotas, and missing data.

get_bulk_keyword_stats

Returns the profile of the user's currently selected Etsy shop in eRank: name, country, total sales, status, and global and national sales ranks with percentiles. Use it when the user asks about their current shop or to confirm which shop is active, including after set_current_shop. Use list_user_shops to see all connected shops. Returns an error if no connected shop is selected, the shop must be reconnected in eRank, or Etsy is temporarily unavailable.

get_current_shop

Returns eRank statistics for one keyword: average searches, clicks, click-through rate, competition, keyword difficulty, monthly search trend, and searcher share by country. Use it when the user asks about a single keyword; use get_bulk_keyword_stats to compare several. The keyword can be up to 40 characters. Country defaults to usa and marketplace to etsy. Requires Keyword Tool access. Each distinct keyword counts once per day against the daily keyword search allowance; repeating it the same day does not count again. Explain unavailable fields and account entitlements neutrally, distinguishing plan restrictions, exhausted usage quotas, and missing data.

get_keyword_stats

Returns eRank details for one Etsy listing by listing ID: title, description, price, tags, images, category, shop, views, favorites, eRank sales and revenue estimates, and the eRank Listing Audit grade. The grade runs from A (best) to E, or is null if the listing has not been graded yet. Use it when the user asks about a specific listing; for the user's own listings, find the ID with list_current_shop_listings. Active Etsy listings can be viewed regardless of ownership; draft, expired, and sold-out listings must belong to one of the user's connected shops. Fetching or refreshing a listing requires the current shop (or the default shop if no current shop is selected) to be connected in eRank; if neither is set, any connected shop is enough. Returns an error if the listing cannot be found or the user is not allowed to view it.

get_listing_details

Returns eRank Listing Audit tag analysis for one Etsy listing by listing ID. Each tag includes searches, clicks, click-through rate, competition, keyword difficulty, search trend, character count, and checks for grammar, multi-word use, and whether it appears in the title or in the description. Use it when the user wants to review or improve a listing's tags; use get_listing_details for the rest of the listing. Any active Etsy listing can be analyzed; draft, expired, and sold-out listings must belong to the user's current shop. Each listing analyzed counts once per day against the account's Listing Audit allowance. When it is used up, new listings return an error; listings already counted that day can still be repeated without another charge. An empty result means the listing could not be loaded or has no tags; it does not mean the tags have no demand.

get_listing_tag_analysis

Returns a public summary of any Etsy shop by its exact shop name: country, creation date, listing count, vacation status, total and recent sales, sales changes, and global and national sales ranks. Use it when the user asks about a specific shop, such as a competitor; use list_shop_public_listings for its listings. Sales figures come from public Etsy data and eRank research, not from the shop's private records. Counts against the daily shop search allowance. On the free plan, seven-day and thirty-day sales and sales changes are null with plan_limited restrictions. Returns an error if the shop cannot be found. Explain unavailable fields and account entitlements neutrally, distinguishing plan restrictions, exhausted usage quotas, and missing data.

get_shop_public_summary

Returns sales rows for the shops the user tracks in eRank Competitor Sales, including their own connected shops. Each row has daily sales for the last seven days, the seven-day total, yesterday's sales, thirty-day and total sales, active listings, and shop age. Use it when the user asks how their tracked competitors are selling. It cannot add shops to tracking or look up shops that are not tracked; use get_shop_public_summary for other shops. Supports a shop-name search, sorting, minimum and maximum filters, and paging (5 rows by default, up to 15). An empty list means no tracked shops match the request. Requires Competitor Sales access on the user's account.

list_competitor_sales

Returns listings from the user's currently selected Etsy shop, filtered by state: active (default), draft, expired, or sold_out. Each row includes the listing ID, title, price, quantity, views, and eRank Listing Audit grade from A (best) to E; the grade is null if the listing has not been graded yet and is always null for drafts. Use it to find a listing in the user's own shop, for example by title, SKU, or listing ID, before calling get_listing_details or get_listing_tag_analysis. Returns 5 listings by default and up to 15 per call; the plan can lower the number of active listings returned. An empty list means no listings match the state, filters, or page. Returns an error if no connected shop is selected.

list_current_shop_listings

Returns the saved terms in one of the user's eRank keyword lists, newest first, with any notes and flags saved with each term. Use it after list_keyword_lists when the user wants to see or work with the keywords in a saved list. Returns 5 terms by default and up to 15 per call; use offset to page. Unknown, deleted, inaccessible, and empty lists all return the same empty result.
