Etkin is an event management platform for associations, NGOs, universities and communities. This plugin lets organization admins ask about their events in plain language. What you can do: • Get a dashboard summary, list your events and view event details • See registrations, attendance rate and check-ins for an event • Get a full performance report for a single event, or a period summary for your organization • See survey results (closed-ended questions only) • See email delivery reports and an event's financial summary • Preview how many people a reminder would reach • Generate an AI event draft, or create a new event as a draft (never published automatically) Privacy by design: • No tool returns attendee names, email addresses or phone numbers • Survey distributions are hidden when fewer than 5 people answered; written (open-ended) answers are never returned • You only ever see your own organization's data Publishing an event and scheduling reminder emails require an explicit in-chat confirmation. If the confirmation cannot be shown, the tool makes no change and links you to the Etkin dashboard instead. Requires an Etkin account with an organization admin role.
