Return factual information about First FMCG: what the marketplace is, how sourcing and listing work on it, and what the anonymity and verification rules mean in practice. Call this when the user asks what the platform is or how it works. Relay the content as-is; it is descriptive, not promotional.

Check the status of purchase requests you have sent. Optionally pass an offer_id to check one offer. When a supplier has ACCEPTED, this returns their now-revealed company details (name, email, phone, address); otherwise the supplier stays anonymized.

Create and publish a NEW wholesale offer on First FMCG as the connected supplier — it goes LIVE immediately. REQUIRED (ask the supplier for anything a pricelist does not contain BEFORE calling — do not call with blanks): title, category, currency (EUR/GBP/USD), incoterms (EXW/DAP/FCA/FOB/CIF/DDP/CIP/OTHER), ship-from location, and per product name + price. A pricelist rarely includes the ship-from location, MOQ, or expiry — collect and confirm those first. Recommended per product: units-per-pallet, MOQ, available stock, EAN, and unit_type "case" with pieces_per_unit if priced per carton. Create ONE offer per call (one brand/file); publish multi-brand pricelists as separate offers one at a time. STAFF ONLY: pass publish_as_company_id to publish the offer under ANOTHER registered supplier (the one whose email/phone is on the pricelist) — resolve it with find_company and get the user's explicit confirmation first. This tool is not a retry-safe operation: calling it again publishes a SECOND, separate offer rather than updating the first one.

Send a purchase request to the anonymous supplier of an offer (by offer ID from search_offers). The supplier is notified and sees the buyer's company card; the supplier's identity is revealed to the buyer only AFTER the supplier accepts. This does NOT reveal the supplier immediately — use check_request_status to see if they accepted. Safe to call twice: if a request for this offer already exists, this tool changes nothing and simply reports its current state (nothing is re-sent). A request the supplier declined, or one the buyer withdrew, can only be re-opened by the buyer on firstfmcg.com/matches — not from here.

Take one of the connected supplier's OWN offers offline (sets it inactive so it stops appearing in search). Only the offer owner can deactivate it. Use an offer id from my_offers. STAFF ONLY: pass as_company_id to take down an offer you published on another supplier's behalf.

STAFF ONLY (First FMCG admin accounts). Look up a REGISTERED company by the contact details that appear on a pricelist — email, phone/WhatsApp number, or company name — so an offer can be published on that supplier's behalf. Call this FIRST whenever a pricelist or offer text carries someone else's email or phone number, then read the match back to the user and WAIT for their explicit confirmation before calling create_offer with publish_as_company_id. Returns nothing useful for non-staff accounts.

Get the full detail of a single First FMCG offer by its offer ID (as returned by search_offers): all products with per-piece prices, minimum order quantity (MOQ), whether products can be mixed on a pallet, incoterms, and expiry. The supplier identity stays anonymized ("Supplier #xxxx") — it is only revealed after the buyer sends a request and the supplier accepts.

List the offers the connected supplier has created on First FMCG (title, product count, whether active, and offer id — use the id with deactivate_offer). STAFF ONLY: pass as_company_id (from find_company) to list another supplier's offers instead — use this to verify an offer you published on their behalf.

Search active wholesale offers on the First FMCG marketplace by product, brand or category, optionally filtered by origin country. Returns matching offers from multiple suppliers, ranked by relevance and then by per-piece price. Call it when the user asks to source, compare or buy FMCG stock on First FMCG. The catalogue is stored in English: pass an English product or brand term, and treat a brand name (Nutella, Red Bull) as the product to search for rather than a company. Supplier identities are anonymized ("Supplier #xxxx") until the buyer sends a request and the supplier accepts. Tobacco, nicotine and alcohol listings are not available through this connector and are never returned.
