Description

FreeAML helps you run customer due diligence for your Australian AML/CTF program, right from ChatGPT. Built for businesses coming under AUSTRAC's Tranche 2 reforms: real estate agents, conveyancers, lawyers, accountants, and trust and company service providers. Ask the AML Advisor, no sign-in needed: - Get plain-English answers to common Australian AML/CTF, KYC and KYB questions, such as whether Tranche 2 applies to your business. - See what you need to collect to verify an individual, company, trust, partnership or SMSF, including beneficial owners. Connect your FreeAML account to: - Email your client a secure link to complete their own identity check (KYC), or to verify a company, trust, partnership or SMSF and its beneficial owners (KYB). Your client completes their own check on FreeAML, so there's nothing for you to set up. - Add a reference, such as a property address or matter number, and a role, such as Buyer 1 or Director. - See which verifications are sent, in progress, complete or expired, and check where any one is up to. - Resend an invite your client didn't receive, without starting a new check. Nothing is sent without your OK. Every send or resend shows you a confirm step first. Your client completes their identity or entity check on FreeAML. ChatGPT never sees identity documents, and you only ever see the one FreeAML workspace you connected. What it doesn't do: lodge SMRs, TTRs or IFTIs, enrol you with AUSTRAC, delete checks or change your team. You remain the reporting entity. FreeAML is software that supports your AML/CTF program. Advisor answers are general information, not legal advice, and FreeAML isn't AUSTRAC-approved. Need help? Email [email protected].
