Hubity

Converts an accepted proposal into a draft invoice in one step. A workshop proposal must be won (status "accepted") and linked to a client: its priced rows become the invoice lines, and a deposit it asks becomes the invoice's payment schedule (depositDue). An older quote (marked legacy: true) must have status "accepted" and converts from its own tasks; if no client by its client name exists yet, one is created. Returns the invoice ID and number. A proposal converts once: calling again returns the invoice it already became (alreadyConverted: true). A proposal in Trash is not found. Creates the invoice as a draft; nothing is sent. Handles requests like "invoice that proposal", "convert the proposal for [client]", or "create an invoice from the accepted proposal".

create_invoice_from_proposal

Writes the month's invoices as DRAFTS, one per project (and per client for client-level expenses) the connected person may invoice, on the same plan a billing preview of that period and scope returns. Nothing is sent: each draft is marked as drafted by the assistant, and the person reviews and sends it in Hubity. Running it again for the same period and scope updates the drafts it wrote earlier rather than adding new ones; it never overwrites a person's work: a draft a person has edited, one with a sign-off under way, or one already sent is left alone and flagged. Only scopes named in expectPlan are written, and only while their current planHash still matches the one given: a scope whose figures changed since is skipped instead of written, and scopes not named are skipped too. Each scope reports created, updated, unchanged, skipped or nothing, with links to review the draft; the result leads with a plain-language summary.

create_month_invoice_drafts

Cash flow forecast weighted by invoice age. Weighs what each open invoice still owes by its age (current 100%, overdue under 30 days 90%, under 60 days 50%, 60 days or more 25%), adds the value of all unbilled billable time to date, approved or not (not hours a retainer fee covers), and adds sent or accepted proposals not yet invoiced. Also totals what open invoices still owe, unweighted. Money is in currency units. Unbilled time here is all unbilled billable time to date, approved or not, valued as expected cash; it is not WIP for one period. Proposals appear only as expected cash, not as offers or sales opportunities. Answers questions like "what cash can we expect?", "what is outstanding?", "how much unbilled time do we have in total?" or "forecast our receivables".

forecast_cash_flow

Per-project profitability, on the same margin definition as the app's profitability report: revenue billed to the project in the company currency against the cost of the time logged to it. Returns margin and margin percentage per project, sorted by margin descending. Lifetime by default; give from and to for a period (invoices by issue date, time by work date). Answers questions like "which projects are profitable?", "which projects are losing money?", "what were our margins last quarter?", or "what is project profit and loss?".

Returns utilization for the company over a past or current date range, from the same capacity rules as the app: each person's available hours (their work pattern, less holidays and approved leave), the direct client hours they logged, their utilization rate, and a company-wide figure. It reads time already logged, so it says who was over or under capacity in the range, not who is booked ahead. Answers questions like "how utilized was the team last month?", "who is over capacity?", or "what is our billable ratio?".

Lists sales opportunities (deals), optionally filtered by stage or owner, or reads one deal with its recent activity by its id. value is the deal's estimated worth in currency units, in the deal's currency; probability is the owner's estimate. This is the sales pipeline: opportunities, not priced proposals and not expected cash. Answers questions like "what deals are in progress?", "what is in the sales pipeline?", or "what deals does this owner have?".

list_deals

Lists company invoices with status, amount, amount still due, due date and days overdue, or reads one invoice with its line items by its id. Answers questions like "what invoices are outstanding?", "what is overdue?", "what does this client owe us?" or "which invoice has been unpaid longest?".

list_invoices

Lists company meetings with summaries and attendees, most recent first, or reads one meeting's minutes in full (notes and action items) by its id. With from (and optionally to) it lists that window instead, soonest first, so from set to today lists upcoming meetings. Answers questions like "what meetings happened recently?", "what was decided last week?" or "what meetings do I have this week?".

Lists company projects with status, health, client name and date range, or reads one project in full (milestones and budget) by its id. Answers questions like "what projects are we working on?", "which projects are at risk?" or "what are we doing for this client?".

list_projects

Lists company proposals (priced offers sent or being written for a client) with client, value in currency units, status and creation date, most recent first, or reads one proposal's full content by its id. Filters by status (accepted proposals are the ones that can become invoices) or by client. Workshop proposals are listed with their stage; older quotes made before the workshop are marked legacy: true and are read-only. Covers priced offers only: not unpriced sales opportunities and not expected cash. Answers questions like "what proposals are out?", "what has been accepted?" or "what did we quote this client?".
