Get daily clicks and sales for a collaboration over a date range. Defaults to the last 90 days when no dates are given; days with no activity are omitted and counted in *_zero_days_omitted.

get_collab_top_products

Get the activity timeline of an influencer deal, newest first: emails (as plain text, long bodies truncated), notes, tasks, product sendouts, payouts, content reviews, and captured posts. limit/offset count emails: each page holds that many emails plus every other item that sits between them in time, so notes, payouts and finished tasks can appear on later pages; open tasks and unprocessed emails are always on the first page. Keep paging while has_next_page is true. Note items carry activity_id (for update_note) and tasks carry task_id.

get_email_flow

Get a detailed influencer audience and performance report: profile stats, audience credibility, gender/age/country/city/language/interest splits, top hashtags, brand affinity, top posts and lookalike creators. This may consume expensive report credits (cached reports are free). The full report stays available via get_v1_search_get_analytics_data with the returned report_id.

Retrieve contact details for an influencer. This consumes contact credits when successful, so tell the user it costs credits and get their approval before calling; then pass confirm_credit_spend=true.

get_contact_details

Get CRM deal details by deal ID or influencer handle. A handle matches the active deal first, then an archived one (the result then carries a note). This is the fast way to find one influencer; list_crm_influencers name filters scan the whole account.

Get the recommended tools, order, identifiers, permissions, and safety notes for a multi-step Influencer Hero activity.

get_workflow_guide

Get lifetime payout totals and trends visible to the current user (completed amounts in the account currency). There is no date range: for a period, use get_report's payments section.

get_payout_analytics

Get an aggregated performance report across campaigns and boards: influencers contacted, funnel and email response rates, attributed sales, payouts, ROI, and content. This is the tool for account-wide reporting. With no outreach_ids or dealflow_ids it covers ALL of the account's campaigns and boards for the date range; pass those to scope it to specific campaigns or boards. For the last 90 days, call with no start_date or end_date and the server applies that window; otherwise pass both as Unix timestamps. Large reports may return a processing status to poll.

List brands visible to the current user.

list_brands

List influencers in the CRM, with optional filters and pagination. By default the user sees influencers on an outreach_id (campaign) or dashboard_id (campaign board) level (the user will likely mention the campaign or board name when referring to the influencers they want to see). For any non-trivial filtering (follower ranges, countries, stages, dates, sales) pass a plain-language `query` and the server builds the filters; only hand-build `filters` when you need exact control. Reply status is not a funnel stage: for "never replied" / "not responded" use query or the filter [{"field": "first_response_at", "operator": "is_not_set"}]. To count deals per stage use get_board_stage_counts, not this tool. This is not an export: never page through the whole account to build a spreadsheet (exports are done in the web app); always scope with dashboard_id, outreach_id, query or filters.

list_crm_influencers

List campaign boards/dealflows visible to the current user. Each board includes dealflow_columns, a list of [display_name, column_id] pairs; column_id is the value to pass as a funnel stage (update_deal_stage.new_stage, list_crm_influencers.funnel_step_id). For the number of deals in each stage call invoke_api_read_operation get_board_stage_counts with the dashboard_id; do not list deals stage by stage to count them.

list_email_flows

Rows carry title, description, deadline, assigned_to, task_id and deal_id. List open CRM tasks visible to the current user, ordered by deadline with overdue tasks first. Returns one page plus the total count; use limit/offset to page and search to narrow by task title or description. Each task carries its deal_id and task_id (needed by the update_task and complete_task operations).

list_open_tasks

List influencer payouts visible to the current user, newest first. Each row carries a payout_status_label (open, completed, declined, processing) next to the raw payout_status integer. Returns 25 rows per call by default; when next_offset is present, call again with offset=next_offset for more.

lookup_influencer_by_handle

Run a read-only operation of the Influencer Hero REST API (https://api.influencer-hero.com) that has no first-class tool. Pass an operation_id returned by search_api_capabilities. This tool never creates, changes, or deletes data. The user's role and brand permissions are enforced.

search_api_capabilities

Search the Influencer Hero discovery database. Consumes search credits. Easiest usage: pass a plain-language `query` (for example "beauty creators on Instagram with 10k-100k followers") and the server builds the filter for you, resolving locations and topics. For precise control pass a `filter` object instead (or in addition, where its keys override the query). Common filter keys: followers {left_number, right_number} as string counts; engagements {left_number, right_number}; gender {code: MALE|FEMALE}; geo [{id}] (creator location, weight optional) and audience_geo [{id, weight}] where id comes from search_locations; relevance {value} where value is "#topic" for a niche or "@handle" for lookalikes; last_posted days as a string; filter_ids [ids] to fetch specific creators. Provide query or filter (at least one). Each call returns 10 creators; page with offset (10, 20, ...). Put plain-language text ONLY in the top-level query, never inside filter, and never add limit, min_followers, max_followers or location_ids to filter: filter takes IQ keys only and unknown keys are rejected before the search runs.

Search product variants in a visible brand's connected store or custom catalogue before sending products.

search_shop_products

Create a PR product sendout for one influencer. This creates a real store order, decrements inventory, and ships to the recipient's address, so it requires the user's explicit approval: first show the user the products, recipient, and shipping address, then call again with confirm_order set to true only after they approve.

send_product

Move a deal to another funnel stage in the campaign board kanban. First call list_boards and read the target board's dealflow_columns; pass the column_id of the destination stage as new_stage. This modifies data.
