InfyNote

Use this when the user wants to add text to the end of an existing thread's write-up in InfyNote. It only appends — what is already there is never changed or removed. Pass only the new text, in the document's existing style (no "Update:" label). When asked to add something, add it even if similar text is already there — mention that rather than skipping. Get thread_id from list_threads; if the thread has several documents, pass document_id from read_thread.

append_to_writeup

Use this when the user wants to save something to InfyNote as a new thread — research, a comparison, a plan, a policy or a form. Creates one new thread on the Threads page with a title and a markdown write-up; put the substance in documentation. It never changes or replaces an existing thread.

create_thread

Use this when the user asks whether a client exists in InfyNote, or names a client you need to act on. Finds clients by name and returns their names and ids only. Typo-tolerant: with no exact match it returns the closest names with "fuzzy": true. Read-only.

find_clients

Use this when the user names someone on the team in InfyNote. Finds staff by name and returns their names, ids and whether they are active. Read-only.

find_staff

Use this when the user asks what's on a client's board in InfyNote. Lists the cards on that one client's board with their column, assignee and when each is due. Needs client_id — get it from find_clients first. Read-only.

list_board_cards

Use this when the user asks which checklists their team keeps in InfyNote. Lists each checklist's title and how many items it has. Read-only.

list_checklists

Use this when the user asks what's on their task list, what's due, or what's overdue in InfyNote. Lists their open tasks with the due date and who each is assigned to. Read-only. For cards on a client's board, use list_board_cards.

list_todos

Use this when the user asks what reminders they have coming up in InfyNote. Lists their upcoming reminders with when each is due. Read-only.

list_reminders

Use this when the user asks about their threads in InfyNote — what's open, or to find a thread by its title or topic. Returns each thread's title, list, stage and the first lines of its write-up. Use read_thread for the full text. Read-only.

list_threads

Use this to read one thread in InfyNote in full — every document on it, each with its title and full text. When a thread has several documents, use the one whose title matches the question and say which you used. Read-only.
