Integration details

Description

Invoice generator for tradespeople and small businesses. It does one job: it creates invoices you can send to your customers. Describe the job in your own words, for example "two days labour at £350 a day and £180 of materials", and an editable invoice opens in the chat with the totals and tax already calculated. Edit any field on screen or keep talking ("add 3 hours to the kitchen section", "the customer is Jane Smith") and the same invoice updates in place. Split a job into sections, such as rooms or stages, each with its own subtotal. Upload your logo and the editor picks out your brand colours. Choose a layout (full breakdown, materials and labour summary, or simple), then download the PDF. Totals and tax are calculated by the tool, not by the AI, using each country's own rounding rules. Supports the UK, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Spain and Italy, with the right currency, date format, paper size and tax labels (VAT, GST, HST, sales tax). The assistant only fills in details you give it, and never invents names, addresses, tax numbers or bank details. No account or sign-in needed. Invoices are kept only while you work (deleted 2 hours after your last change) and PDF links expire after 30 minutes. The tool does not send invoices or emails, or take payments. Optionally, you can tick a box to share an invoice's prices with FieldHive pricing data, with names and contact details removed. It is unticked by default and only you can tick it.
