Decode a seller's VIN and calculate server-generated retail, private-party, and estimated dealer-offer values based on mileage, ZIP code, and vehicle condition. Use this before submitting a vehicle whenever possible. Do not calculate or alter values independently. Present the returned summary to the seller VERBATIM (retail estimate, private-party asking range, estimated dealer-offer range, condition adjustments). Do NOT promise a guaranteed or instant cash offer — the dealer range is an estimate. get_vehicle_value

Submit a private seller's vehicle to the IQ Auto Deals dealer network AFTER the seller has reviewed the information being shared and explicitly consented. This creates a pending private-seller listing and emails the seller a link to add photos and activate it. Recommended: run get_vehicle_value first and pass valuation_id (optional but improves the listing). Immediately before calling this tool you MUST say this to the seller and get an unambiguous yes: "IQ Auto Deals will share your vehicle details and contact information with its dealer network so participating dealers can evaluate the opportunity. Your vehicle will NOT be publicly listed on IQAutoDeals.com. Do you consent to submitting this information?" The call FAILS without consent_given=true. Never fabricate contact details — collect a real name, email, phone, and ZIP. Do NOT promise a guaranteed/instant offer; the vehicle is submitted for participating dealers to review.
