Description
Joy Cork helps winery marketing staff and the agencies that work for wineries plan, write and check their customer emails, using an archive of real winery marketing email. Joy Cork signs up for hundreds of wineries' email lists the way a member of the public would, cleans each email of anything that would identify a recipient, and labels it: what kind of email it is (an event invitation, a new release, a club note, a newsletter), the occasion it builds around, its offer types and urgency, how it opens and what sections it has, and what its pictures show. In ChatGPT, a marketer can: - see what wineries usually send in a given month, region or kind of email, with the number of emails and wineries behind every figure; - find real examples to learn from, described and linked rather than copied, with constraints such as no offer, a story opening, or a word limit; - look up how often a peer winery emails and what it usually sends; - see what changed among the same peer wineries between two periods; - draft an email with their winery's saved details (voice, wines, club, calendar, rules) and check the draft against comparable winery email and against those saved details, so a wrong vintage or a rule the draft breaks is caught before sending; - line up their own email results, pasted or uploaded into the chat, with what Joy Cork observed in each of their emails. The numbers stay in the chat. Who it's for: winery marketing teams and their agencies. It's a business tool, not a consumer wine guide, and it doesn't recommend wines. Limitations: Joy Cork sees what a member of the public receives, so club-only and segmented emails are mostly missing. It has no open, click or sales data, so it describes what wineries send and never claims what performs. Its labels come from automated analysis and can be wrong. A Joy Cork account is required; you'll be asked to sign in and choose the account to link.
