JustFill PDF Forms

Add a field the detector missed. Coordinates in % of page, top-left origin.

add_field

Bulk-delete fields matching ALL given criteria (detection noise). Thresholds are strictly-less-than; w/h in % of page. Returns removed ids.

prune_fields

Delete one temporary workspace and its PDF files when work is finished. This does not delete saved templates or previously downloaded files. The operation is idempotent, so cleanup code may safely call it in ``finally``.

close_workspace

Fill the PDF and return a download link (valid until the workspace expires). `values` maps field id -> text (checkboxes: "yes"/"x"/"true" to tick). `flatten=False` preserves existing form fields; it does not create fields on scans. Use `fillable=True` to create interactive fields (subject to the account's existing export entitlement); this takes precedence over flatten. `editable`, `editable_widget_count` and `output_type` describe the actual PDF. `editable` means at least one form widget is writable, not that all values are. Read `warnings` (values that will be shrunk/truncated) and `output_mode`: "watermarked" means the result contains a JustFill watermark — tell the user before delivering it. A clean final output may consume one of the account's existing fill entitlements, so call this only when the user has asked to generate the document. If no clean entitlement is available, return the watermarked result and explain its `output_mode` without directing the user to another action.

fill_pdf

List the working fields of a workspace (optionally one page only).

list_fields

List saved templates as `templates` (name, id, and field count).

list_templates

Open a PDF (or an image of a form: JPG/PNG/TIFF) and detect its fields. Provide the document ONE of three ways: - `url`: a public link to the document (best when it exists online), - `upload_token`: from request_file_upload — USE THIS for files the user attached to the chat or has on their device; do NOT try to inline big base64 blobs through the model, they get truncated, - `file_base64`: only for small files (< ~200 KB) you already hold as exact bytes. NEVER compress, strip fonts from, or rebuild a larger document to squeeze it under that limit — a modified file breaks field detection and no longer matches its template; use upload_token instead. Resolution order: saved template (deterministic) -> embedded AcroForm -> ML detection with per-field confidence. force_detect=True skips templates. Returns a workspace_id — pass it to every other tool.

open_pdf

Render a page with the field boxes drawn on it — verify placement. Blue = deterministic (template/AcroForm/agent), green/orange/red = ML confidence bands. Labels show field ids. Returns the image and a preview_url to show to the user when tool images are not displayed by the chat.

render_preview

Preview how the filled page will look BEFORE fill_pdf. Costs nothing. `values` maps field id -> text (checkboxes tick on "yes"/"x"/"true"). Uses the export renderer, including fonts, wrapping and text shrinking. Pass the same flatten/fillable flags as fill_pdf; the preview excludes any account-dependent watermark. It returns an image and a preview_url for the user to review, and consumes no fill. Restricted data (payment cards, PHI, government ids, or authentication secrets) is not accepted by this public plugin.

render_filled_preview

Delete a field that isn't a real input (a false positive).
