compare_menu_draft

Use only after get_sales_import_drafts and explicit manager confirmation to correct an unapproved Food Sales draft. Submit the complete corrected business date, reported totals, and item lines plus a reason. Keep request_id and the entire payload unchanged when retrying after a lost response. The correction is audited and remains a draft; it does not affect food cost, forecasting, or owner reporting until a separate approval.

correct_sales_import_draft

Manager-only audited correction for an approved sales import, approved inventory count, approved operational record, confirmed invoice, or published report. The original record and children are preserved; the record is superseded, corrected, or voided so it no longer affects active totals. Read and name the exact record first, explain the effect, and require explicit manager confirmation plus a specific reason.

correct_official_record

Manager-only correction of a wrong active salary or expected-workweek setup. Requires a new stable replacement ID and a reason. The prior same-date profile is preserved as superseded history; retries with the same replacement ID and values are safe.

correct_compensation_profile

Use this only after the user identifies a specific saved capture as wrong. Creates an append-only replacement or marks the source as entered by mistake; it never edits or deletes the original evidence. Managers may correct any unprocessed source, while operators may correct only their own unprocessed source.

correct_kitchen_note

Manager-only correction workflow for a timed prep list. Call get_prep_lists first and require explicit confirmation of the exact source list, complete corrected items, and reason. Every timer must be stopped. The original timers and labor cost remain unchanged; this creates one new untimed reviewable draft.

correct_prep_list

Use this only after a verified new user explicitly asks to create their first Kitchen Agent workspace. Creates one empty tenant and manager membership. It never copies another restaurant's vendors, records, recipes, or demo data.

bootstrap_kitchen

Use this after a manager explicitly asks to create or change one farm or vendor. For updates, call get_vendors first and use its vendor ID. Omitted fields remain unchanged. Saving an archived vendor restores it; this does not place an order or send email.

save_vendor

Manager-only create, update, or restore for one location in an existing organization. Use a stable location_id for safe retries and a valid IANA timezone so business dates remain correct.

save_location

Manager-only action that creates a seven-day invitation for one exact email and role. It returns a private join link for the manager to share; this tool does not send email. Creating a new invitation revokes any older pending invitation for that organization and email.

create_member_invitation

Manager-only destructive action for one exact station note. Use only after explicit confirmation. Previously sent brief snapshots remain preserved.

Accounts, locations, memberships, audit history, and pre-existing vendor/reference records are preserved.

reset_test_run

Manager-only cleanup for one accidental or unused prep item. Use get_prep_lists first, name the exact item, and require explicit confirmation. The database permanently blocks deletion once any timer history exists so labor evidence cannot be erased.

delete_prep_item

fetch

Forecast menu-item demand and prep for a future inclusive period of 1 to 28 calendar days. Pass start_date and end_date as YYYY-MM-DD; end_date must be from zero to 27 days after start_date. The deterministic result includes history depth, confidence, item quantities, recipe batches, ingredient requirements, and drivers.
