Creates a new Brand Kit by crawling a website URL (async, may take minutes). This is the Brand Kit create path when the brand has a site. Input must be an http(s) URL (not a brand name) — the kit name is derived from the URL/site, no separate name argument. Always creates a new kit — MCP does not pass brandKitId to enrich an existing one. Crawl success depends on the live site; unreachable or empty sites fail after kickoff. Returns brandKitId and workspaceId; poll kittl-get-brand-kit with both until terminal is true. Once ready, same id: under the brand-selector field key from kittl-get-ai-workflow-preset (brandSelectorFields — not always named brandId) on kittl-run-ai-workflow when hasVisualStyle is true, or kittl-get-brand-kit brandContext/uploadIds for kittl-generate-media. Progress also at the team's /brand page. Optional deeper playbook: kittl-get-ai-generation-guidance.
kittl-create-brand-kit-from-url
Create a new project folder in Kittl to organize projects. Returns the created folder with its ID, name, creation time, and current project count. Not an upload/library folder (kittl-create-upload-folder).
kittl-create-project-folder
Create a new upload/library folder in Kittl. Returns the created folder with its ID, name, creation time, and uploadCount. The returned id is what kittl-list-library-images, kittl-save-image-to-library, and kittl-move-library-images-to-folder take as folderId. Not a project folder (kittl-create-project-folder).
kittl-create-upload-folder
Use this when the user wants raw or model-specific image/video generation, has selected a catalog style through kittl-list-image-styles, or no searched workflow preset clearly matches. It may consume credits and renders progress and results in Kittl's Media Result View; it does not modify projects or place content on a canvas. promptStyleId is image-only: provide a trimmed prompt, or omit prompt only for a referenceImages + style remix. Choose or verify modelId with kittl-list-media-generation-models. Use the dedicated image tools to post-process existing images. See kittl-get-ai-generation-guidance for complete preparation guidance.
kittl-generate-media
Returns guidance for choosing among dedicated image transformations (background removal, upscaling, or vectorization), curated workflow presets, and raw image/video generation when the best route is unclear. Also covers Brand Kits (list/create-from-url/get; workflow brand-selector vs raw brandContext/referenceImages), reusing uploadId / selectedImageObjectId (reusable image ID), continuing completed media via editUrl/workflowUrl into the Kittl editor, and raw-generation preparation.
kittl-get-ai-generation-guidance
Get workspace-scoped details for one Kittl AI workflow preset needed to run it via kittl-run-ai-workflow: its nullable base token-cost estimate before generation counts and fan-out, inputSchema (required fields, valid choices), uiSchema (each field's widget type), and whether it supports generating multiple variations per run (variableGenerationsCount). The result includes a guide on how to translate that into submittedValues. When the preset has brand-selector fields, brandSelectorFields explains how to apply or omit a Brand Kit. The estimate is not the actual cost of a completed run.
kittl-get-ai-workflow-preset
Checks the status of a Kittl AI workflow run by ID. Non-terminal responses include checkAgainInSeconds, the suggested delay before the next manual check. Result includes workflowUrl (studio) plus sessionId/presetId for same-session follow-ups.
kittl-get-ai-workflow-run-status
Checks a Kittl AI workflow session's merged outputs by session ID. Pass activeOnly=true for lightweight polling of up to 10 currently active runs. On subsequent polls, pass the prior response's activeRunIds as previouslyActiveRunIds so newly terminal runs are included once. Omit activeOnly for the full newest-runs snapshot (up to 100). Used by the Media Result View widget while outputs are generating, and as a manual fallback / refresh after an in-session MCP re-run or studio Quick Edit.
kittl-get-ai-workflow-session-status
Retrieve one Brand Kit for the given team (workspaceId + brandKitId). Call after kittl-create-brand-kit-from-url (poll until terminal), after kittl-list-brand-kits, or when a generation could benefit from brand colors, fonts, tone, visual style, or logo/graphic refs (e.g. ad, product shot, social asset). Pending/FAILED return lifecycle only; COMPLETE returns brandContext for prompt composition plus a deduplicated referenceImages list (ordered primary logo → visual-style graphics → other graphics → secondary logos). Same id works as a workflow brand-selector value via kittl-get-ai-workflow-preset/kittl-run-ai-workflow when hasVisualStyle is true on kittl-list-brand-kits. Treat brandContext as an art-direction hierarchy, not a checklist; for finished ads, request a composed campaign creative without placeholder copy or invented taglines. Use logo/graphic uploadIds as kittl-generate-media referenceImages only where relevant — prefer one primary logo plus one or two visual-style refs when kittl-list-media-generation-models allows at least three (SVG auto-rasterized). Do not dump the whole kit. Detailed synthesis policy: kittl-get-ai-generation-guidance.
kittl-get-brand-kit
Checks and advances an image-upscale job by ID. A check may finalize its output, retry a timed-out job using a fallback provider, or mark the job as failed. Non-terminal responses include checkAgainInSeconds, the suggested delay before the next manual check. Completed results include an editUrl that continues the image in Kittl's AI Creations Quick Edit.
kittl-get-image-upscale-status
Checks the status of an image-vectorization job by ID. Non-terminal responses include checkAgainInSeconds, the suggested delay before the next manual check. Completed results include an editUrl that continues the SVG in Kittl's AI Creations Quick Edit.
kittl-get-image-vectorization-status
Checks the status of a media generation by ID. Non-terminal responses include checkAgainInSeconds, the suggested delay before the next manual check.
kittl-get-media-generation-status
Returns the user's available Kittl token balance for a workspace. Use this when the user asks about tokens, balance, or remaining generation allowance.
kittl-get-token-balance
Browse the current catalog of published Kittl AI workflow presets - curated multi-step generation recipes. Natural-language `search` is relevance-ranked; use a concise, deliverable-focused query and treat results as candidates until inspected. Without search, results default to popularity and may under-represent smaller categories; sortBy and sortDirection are ignored during search. kittl-list-ai-workflow-use-cases returns category IDs for filtering. kittl-get-ai-workflow-preset returns a selected preset's inputs and workspace-scoped base cost estimate before it is run. Direct image transformations use the dedicated image tools; raw or model-specific generation, or requests with no clear preset fit, use kittl-generate-media.
kittl-list-ai-workflow-presets
List the Kittl AI workflow use-case taxonomy (e.g. "Merchandise", "Marketing") as a hierarchy of parent/sub use cases. Use the returned numeric IDs as the useCaseIds filter for kittl-list-ai-workflow-presets.
kittl-list-ai-workflow-use-cases
List Brand Kits for a Kittl team (workspace): id, name, status, visualStyleStatus, and hasVisualStyle (workflow brand-selector gate). New kits come from kittl-create-brand-kit-from-url when the brand has a website. Same id: when hasVisualStyle is true, pass under the brand-selector field key from kittl-get-ai-workflow-preset (brandSelectorFields — not always named brandId) on kittl-run-ai-workflow; or call kittl-get-brand-kit for brandContext (prompt composition) and optional referenceImages uploadIds for kittl-generate-media. FAILED kits are omitted — use kittl-get-brand-kit to read a failed create-from-url error. Optional deeper playbook: kittl-get-ai-generation-guidance.
kittl-list-brand-kits
Use this only when the user wants to browse Kittl's image-style categories or no useful visual-style search term is available. Otherwise call kittl-list-image-styles directly with a short style-name search. Returns compact category names and eligible style counts; pass a returned name as the exact, case-insensitive group filter on kittl-list-image-styles. Never invent group names.
kittl-list-image-style-groups
Use this when the user wants to list or find one of Kittl's curated image-generation styles, such as watercolor, anime, clipart, or vector art — including for a reference-image remix. Search directly when the user provides a visual-style term. List style groups first via kittl-list-image-style-groups only when the user wants to browse categories or no useful style term is available. Search matches a literal style-name substring, so use a short visual-style term rather than the user's full request; filter by that search and/or exact group (at least one required). Returns compact paginated candidates with model, reference-image, health, background, type, and paid-plan metadata. Names are not unique, so never invent ids or silently select among multiple matches. Pass the chosen id as promptStyleId to kittl-generate-media with type image. For remix, use the row modelId only when it supports reference images and its health permits; otherwise choose an I2I model through kittl-list-media-generation-models.
kittl-list-image-styles
Fetch available AI models from Kittl's AI generator. Returns image and/or video models (optionally filtered to one via `typeFilter`) with their capabilities, baseTokenCostEstimate (a rate — for many video models it is per second, not per run), speeds, and recommended use cases. Pass the same workspaceId you will use with kittl-generate-media so listed rates match what that workspace will be charged. The tokens actually charged come back as creditCost from kittl-generate-media. Each model's Parameters line includes referenceImages bounds (e.g. maximum N) when choosing how many uploadIds or image URLs to pass.
kittl-list-media-generation-models
Lists the current user's Kittl AI workflow sessions for a team, ordered by most recent activity, newest first, so the first card is the latest session. Each card opens the session grid via kittl-get-ai-workflow-session-status. For a pasted studio URL with ?session=, use kittl-show-ai-workflow-session instead. Results render in Kittl's Media Result View widget. The widget offers Previous/Next when more pages exist; you can also paginate with take/skip when the user asks for more (e.g. take=2 for the two newest sessions).
kittl-list-ai-workflow-sessions
Lists images from a Kittl workspace library and renders them in Kittl's Media Result View widget. Required source chooses exactly one library: 'uploads' (non-AI images) or 'ai-creations' (completed IMAGE generations, including ones moved into a user folder) — both cannot be listed in one call; if the user does not say which, ask before calling. Optional folderId applies equally to both sources ('all' default, 'root', or an id from kittl-list-upload-folders). A complete mixed folder view needs two calls with the same folderId. Results are ordered newest-first by createdAt; each image includes createdAt (ISO) for grouping or filing by date. Pass take for "latest N" (e.g. take=2). Each image's uploadId is a reusable image ID — Media Result View "Use in chat" sends it as selectedImageObjectId; pass uploadId directly to compatible raw-generation or workflow image inputs (MIME/size/dimension checks can still reject it). Each image includes an editUrl that continues it in Kittl's AI Creations Quick Edit. The widget offers Previous/Next when more pages exist; you can also paginate by calling again with the returned meta.pagination.nextCursor as cursor when hasMore is true.
kittl-list-library-images
Get Kittl projects for the current user - returns an object with a "projects" array and "meta" (pagination + filter params). Each project has an ID, name, url (the direct url to the Kittl editor for this project), thumbnailUrl which should be used to render a preview of the project, createdAt, and updatedAt (last edited timestamp). Supports search, sorting, pagination, and folder filtering. Defaults to every project in the team (folderId all). Results render as an interactive project list in the chat UI.
kittl-list-projects
Get Kittl teams (workspaces) for the current user, with each team's ID and name, and the default team ID.
kittl-list-teams
List project folders in a Kittl team. Returns folders with id, name, projectCount, createdAt, lastUpdatedAt, and optional thumbnailUrl. Each folder id is what kittl-list-projects takes as folderId and what kittl-move-project-to-folder takes as folderId. Project folders are a different tree from upload/library folders (kittl-list-upload-folders).
kittl-list-project-folders
List upload/library folders in a Kittl team. Returns folders with id, name, uploadCount, createdAt, lastUpdatedAt, optional sizeMb (index only), and optional thumbnailUrl. uploadCount is the unfiltered total of every upload in that folder and may exceed the kittl-list-library-images result for the same folder (source is exclusive and image-only). Each folder id is what kittl-list-library-images, kittl-save-image-to-library, and kittl-move-library-images-to-folder take as folderId. Upload folders are a different tree from project folders (kittl-list-project-folders).
kittl-list-upload-folders
Move one or more persisted library images into an upload folder. uploadIds come from kittl-list-library-images (either source) or kittl-save-image-to-library; folderId comes from kittl-list-upload-folders. Temporary objectIds from kittl-upload-image must be saved first. Unknown ids are skipped; the API returns 404 only when none match. Not for projects (kittl-move-project-to-folder).
kittl-move-library-images-to-folder
Move one or more projects to a specific project folder in Kittl. folderId comes from kittl-list-project-folders. Not for library images (kittl-move-library-images-to-folder).
kittl-move-project-to-folder
Shows an interactive upload widget for the user to provide an image directly. Use this when kittl-upload-image can't work - no reachable URL and no local file to PUT (e.g. an image attached inline in chat). The objectId is not returned by this call: once the user finishes the upload in the widget, it arrives as an update to your context - wait for that before using it.
kittl-open-image-uploader
Receives base64-encoded image bytes from the upload widget and stores them as a Kittl upload object. Not for direct use - only the upload widget calls this.
kittl-receive-image-bytes
Removes an image's background and renders the transparent result in Kittl's Media Result View widget. Defaults to 'standard' (Fast), which costs 0 tokens. 'enhanced' (Detailed) produces higher-quality cutouts but may cost tokens and may require a paid plan. Completed results include an editUrl that continues the image in Kittl's AI Creations Quick Edit. For generation-tool routing guidance see kittl-get-ai-generation-guidance.
kittl-remove-image-background
Starts a Kittl AI workflow run from a preset (may consume credits). kittl-get-ai-workflow-preset returns the preset's required fields, for building a complete submittedValues up front; missing fields are elicited from the user or returned for retry. Once started, kittl-show-ai-workflow-run renders the result(s) in Kittl's Media Result View widget. To iterate later (either is fine): pass the returned sessionId with this same presetId and updated submittedValues, or open the returned workflowUrl for studio Quick Edit.
kittl-run-ai-workflow
Promote a temporary upload object ID (from kittl-upload-image or the image uploader) into a permanent library Upload. Optional folderId from kittl-list-upload-folders places it in that upload folder; omit or 'root' saves unfiled. Returns uploadId reusable for workflow/generation image inputs. Does not create folders (kittl-create-upload-folder).
kittl-save-image-to-library
Shows a Kittl AI workflow run's progress and renders the result(s) in Kittl's Media Result View widget. Call once, right after kittl-run-ai-workflow succeeds. Result includes workflowUrl (studio) plus sessionId/presetId for same-session follow-ups.
kittl-show-ai-workflow-run
Shows a Kittl AI workflow session's merged outputs (including later MCP re-runs and studio Quick Edit / regenerate runs) in Kittl's Media Result View widget. Use when the user pastes a studio URL with ?session=, or to refresh after iterating in-session via kittl-run-ai-workflow or studio. kittl-get-ai-workflow-session-status is the plain poll twin while outputs are still generating.
kittl-show-ai-workflow-session
Gets a Kittl upload object ID, for input fields that expect one rather than a raw URL - for example, kittl-run-ai-workflow input fields whose uiSchema presentation is "image-upload". If context or a previous result provides uploadId or selectedImageObjectId, that value is already a reusable image ID; pass that value directly. Otherwise, obtain a Kittl upload object ID for an image: pass imageUrl to kittl-upload-image if you have a public URL for it. Omit imageUrl (agents with filesystem/shell access and no existing public URL) to get a presigned URL back immediately and push the file's bytes yourself. If neither applies (e.g. an image attached inline in chat, with no URL and no local file you can read), call kittl-open-image-uploader instead to let the user upload it directly, then wait for the objectId to arrive in your context before proceeding.
kittl-upload-image
Starts a Kittl image-upscale job (currently does not consume tokens) and renders progress and the final image in Kittl's Media Result View widget. Source image sides must be between 256px and 4096px (some backends cap the source at 3000px). For generation-tool routing guidance see kittl-get-ai-generation-guidance.
kittl-upscale-image
Starts a Kittl vectorization job (currently does not consume tokens) and renders progress and the final SVG in Kittl's Media Result View widget. Source images may be up to 20MB. For generation-tool routing guidance see kittl-get-ai-generation-guidance.
kittl-vectorize-image
