Use this tool ONLY when the user's primary intent is to find or shop for bookable KKday travel products: guided experiences, attraction tickets, travel connectivity (eSIM/SIM/WiFi), or food and dining bookings. Do NOT call this tool for: - modifying, canceling, refunding, or asking about an existing reservation; - customer-support questions about a booking the user has already made; - general travel advice such as 'where to stay', 'best neighborhoods', 'first-time visitor' guides, itinerary planning, or what to see; - non-travel tasks such as writing, translation, or general Q&A. If a previous call to this tool returned `error_code: OUT_OF_SCOPE`, do NOT silently retry with a paraphrased query. Ask the user to clarify whether they want travel advice or to shop for bookable KKday products, then proceed only if they choose the shopping intent. For 'experience tours', 'attraction tickets', and 'Food & Beverage', the user must specify a destination; if they did not, ask for one instead of calling this tool. 'eSIM/WiFi' may be queried at country level or without a destination. The response is a product carousel that takes over the answer surface, so calling it as a supplement to advice or support answers surfaces inventory the user did not ask for.
