A breakdown of lead STATUSES is not a breakdown by source — answering a source question from statuses is the mistake this tool exists to prevent. "Best" is ambiguous and the two readings usually pick different sources: rank_by=conversion (the default, and what "performing best" means) or rank_by=volume. Lead with the first row NOT flagged too_few_to_rank, and never present a percentage drawn from a handful of leads as a result.

Get outstanding receivables (money owed to you by customers). Shows aging analysis: current, 1-30 days, 31-60 days, 61-90 days, 90+ days. Can filter by customer name or show top debtors.

What the company owes its SUPPLIERS — the payables side, the mirror of get-outstanding. Aged into current / 1-30 / 31-60 / 61-90 / 90+ days, with the biggest suppliers listed. These are the same figures as the Vendor Outstanding report in Laabam.One. Use for "what do I owe", "supplier dues", "purchase outstanding", "who do we need to pay". ⚠ READ `reliability` BEFORE QUOTING THE TOTAL, and relay what it says. Many companies use the purchase module as a register for stock and GST and record supplier payment elsewhere, which leaves every bill looking unpaid for years. Where `reliability.records_vendor_payments` is false the total is NOT a debt — say it is the value of bills on file with no payments entered against them, and do not present it as money owed today. `total_payable` is already net of unapplied debit notes and includes vendor opening balances; quote it rather than adding the buckets or the supplier rows yourself.

Get Profit & Loss statement for a given period. Shows revenue (from invoices), expenses (by category), and net profit. Supports: today, this_week, this_month, last_month, this_quarter, this_year.

Purchase bills — what was bought, from which supplier, and what is still open on each. The buying-side mirror of get-invoices. Filter by `status` (open, paid, overdue, all), by `vendor` name, and by date range. Each bill carries TWO numbers and they are easy to mix up: `our_number` is the serial this system gave the bill, and `supplier_bill_number` is the number printed on the supplier's own document. When somebody asks for "the bill number" of a purchase they almost always mean the supplier's — quote that one, and say which you are quoting. For the total owed and its aging, call get-payables instead; it also reports whether this company records supplier payments at all, which decides what the open figures mean.

What is needed before proposing an SMS campaign: this company's existing campaigns, its DLT-APPROVED templates, and the sender IDs registered for them. ALWAYS call this first, and then ASK THE USER two things rather than deciding yourself: 1. which template to use — they are registered per purpose and you cannot tell from a spreadsheet which one is meant; 2. whether to add recipients to an existing DRAFT campaign, if one looks like the same job, instead of creating another. You CANNOT write the message text. The mobile operator hashes the final message against the registered template and rejects anything that differs — and charges for the attempt. Take the template's `content` exactly as given and fill its {#var#} slots in order; the `variable_count` tells you how many values each recipient needs. This tool reads only. It does not create a campaign and cannot send one — sending happens in Laabam.One.

Stock levels, and what needs a buyer's attention. Use for "what is running out", "what should I reorder", "how many X do we have", "what is out of stock". THE COUNTS MEAN DIFFERENT THINGS — quote the right one: - `out_of_stock`: the shelf is empty. A fact. - `below_threshold`: stock reached a reorder level SOMEONE CONFIGURED. This is the answer to "what should I reorder". Where nobody has configured levels this is 0, and that is a real answer — say levels are not set up rather than reaching for another number. - `running_low`: a browsing heuristic that assumes 10 when no level is configured. Useful for "show me what looks low", NOT for asserting anything needs restocking. ⚠ READ `stock_tracking` FIRST. Most companies on this platform do not maintain stock — 77% of all products sit at exactly zero and some carry NEGATIVE quantities, meaning sales were recorded against goods never received. Where it says stock is not tracked, do not report thousands of products as "out of stock"; say stock does not appear to be maintained. `filter` picks which of those the list contains; the counts always describe the whole catalogue, so never count the listed rows to answer "how many". Stock on a product with variants is the sum of its variants. Services are not included.

Rank the user's products by what they have actually sold, highest first. Use for "which product has generated the most sales", "best selling product" or "top items". "Most" has two readings and they name DIFFERENT products: rank_by=value is money billed (the default), rank_by=quantity is units sold. Answer with the first row, quoting the figure named in the result's ranked_by field, and say which reading you used.

Which company this connection is working in. Call it when you need to name the company, or to confirm which one a figure belongs to before reporting it. A CONNECTION REACHES ONLY THE COMPANIES LISTED HERE — the ones a person ticked when the connection was authorised. Often that is one; it can be several. When it is several, pass `company` (a name or id from this list) on any tool to say which one you mean. A tool called without it answers about the company marked `answers_by_default`. Always say which company a figure belongs to — two companies' revenue reported as one number is worse than no answer. If the user asks about a company that is NOT in this list, say it is not connected and that they can add it when authorising the connection in Laabam.One. Do NOT report figures for it, and do not imply you checked it.

WHICH instructors are free at a time — use when the instructor is not already chosen. For "who can do a lesson Sunday at 10", "anyone free tomorrow afternoon in Dandenong", "who could take this student on Thursday". To check ONE named instructor, use get-instructor-availability instead. Needs a date and a time. Everything else narrows or ranks: - `lesson_type` — ALWAYS GIVE THIS IF YOU KNOW IT. It sets how long a gap is searched for, and without it the search falls back to the company's calendar interval, which on some schools is 15 minutes — so instructors come back "free" who cannot fit a real lesson. It is ALSO how transmission is chosen: automatic and manual are separate lesson products, not a separate field. `checked_for_minutes` in the reply says what was actually searched. - `student_name` — puts the student's own past instructors first, and uses their address to work out where the lesson is. Give it whenever you know who the lesson is for. - `suburb` / `postcode` / `test_centre` — where the lesson is, when it is not the student's own address. - `tolerance_minutes` — how far from the time asked for an offer may sit. Default 30. Each instructor comes back with the free slot nearest the time asked for and how far off it is, so you can say "Ravi at 10:00, or Priya 15 minutes later". ⚠ READ `covers_area` PER ROW. false does NOT mean they do not serve the area — it means they have stated no service area at all, and they are shown rather than hidden. Anyone who HAS stated areas and does not cover this place is already gone from the list. ⚠ `counts.capped` true means more instructors are free than are listed. Never say "only these are available" when it is set. This books nothing and holds nothing. To book, use create-booking, which stages a draft for a person to approve.

Search this company's records — invoices, customers, products and vendors — by any identifying text: an invoice or reference number, a customer or vendor name, an email, a phone number, a GSTIN, a product name, SKU, barcode or HSN code. Returns a list of matches, each with an opaque id. Pass that id to `fetch` to read the full record. Only the one company this connection is authorised for is searched.
