Archive a sheet without deleting its data or grants. Only the owner can restore it during the retention period.

sheets_archive

Archive an owner-controlled folder subtree and all owner-owned active sheets inside it.

sheets_archive_folder

Cancel exactly one cell run by its run ID. Other cells continue independently; committed cell applications remain in sheet history.

sheets_cancel_enrichment

Change a column's type through the canonical command only while typeLocked is false. Once populated, its type remains fixed even after every value is cleared; use copy_column to convert into a new column while preserving the source.

sheets_change_column_type

Configure approval-gated automatic enrichment for one target column. When enabled, the existing column prompt runs only for empty target cells once at least one other context field in the row has a current value. Specific prerequisite fields are optional: pass an empty requiredColumnIds array by default, and provide IDs only when the user explicitly wants every listed field to be present. Existing target values are never overwritten. The setting reacts to future edits and catches up eligible existing rows.

sheets_configure_auto_enrichment

Copy a consistent snapshot of a column into a new typed column. Preserve the source, omit and report invalid values, and return a durable job ID. Use get_column_copy for completion; undo the resulting add_column changeset to remove the copy.

sheets_copy_column

Create a new empty sheet only when requested or no existing destination applies. Use its returned ID to add the smallest useful schema and insert populated records in the same execution. Reuse the same idempotencyKey and payload on retry; successful creation receipts do not need a second metadata read.

sheets_create

Create a private or team-visible folder, optionally nested under a visible folder. Retries with the same idempotency key return the same folder.

sheets_create_folder

Save an immutable snapshot of the current sheet, including cells, columns, options and views. The revision must match the current sheet revision.

sheets_create_named_version

Create a shared saved view containing only filters and sorting. Read sheets.get first, use exact column and option IDs, pass metadata.viewsOrderVersion, and choose a case-insensitively unique name. Creating a view never changes which tab a person currently has open.

sheets_create_view

Delete one column and its cells as one reversible changeset. Pass that column's entityVersion; a sheet must retain at least one column.

sheets_delete_column

Delete up to 500 explicit rows as one reversible changeset. Read or query the sheet first, then pass its current revision and stable row IDs.

sheets_delete_rows

Delete any shared saved view, including the first, without changing rows, columns, or cells. At least one saved view must remain. Pass the current view version from sheets.get.

sheets_delete_view

Duplicate the current state of a readable sheet into an independently owned sheet. Historical versions and sharing are not copied.

sheets_duplicate

Enable public, unauthenticated read access to a sheet.

sheets_enable_public_access

Research one column across existing sheet rows. Use an existing columnId with its configured question/type, or supply a new column name, question and type. Omit rowIds to use all existing rows. Each cell researches its own row, including web fallback when database records are missing. Existing values and active cells are skipped. Read sheets.get_enrichment_status and sheets.query for results, sources and actual costs.

Export a bounded current sheet as UTF-8 CSV. For larger sheets, query pages and assemble CSV inside CodeMode.

sheets_export_csv

Get current sheet metadata, column types, stable IDs, option IDs and versions before editing an existing sheet. Preserve existing schema and data. For a newly created sheet, reuse create/add-column receipts instead of rereading known metadata; read cell values with sheets_query.

Read a durable column copy's progress, completion and bounded invalid-value examples.

sheets_get_column_copy

Read attached, completed enrichment proposals for the specified sheet rows. Returns task IDs, coordinates, proposed values, confidence and expected versions. These values have not been applied. Review with sheets_review_enrichment_proposals; never copy proposals into unfenced cell writes.

sheets_get_enrichment_proposals

Read current cell-run status and counts by column for a sheet, explicit row/column IDs, or a row range (zero-based sheet order). rowIds and rowRange intersect when both are supplied; null means unrestricted. Counts cover the entire selected scope; offset/limit page individual runs newest first. Every runId identifies one cell. billing.settledCredits is the actual confirmed subtotal across that cell's generations and actions, never a quote. billing.pending means accounting is incomplete, even if the cell completed or the subtotal is zero; only pending=false establishes a final total. Never estimate missing costs or divide a batch total among cells. No batch IDs, staff diagnostics, paid work or replay.

sheets_get_version_restore

Atomically insert populated records at the end or immediately before or after an existing row. Omit a cell or use null when its value is missing; blank scalar strings are treated as empty defensively. Every nonempty value must be valid for its current column type: email and phone require nonempty arrays even for one contact; dates use YYYY-MM-DD. Select and multi-select values must use the stable option IDs from create/add-column receipts or sheets.get, never display labels. Adapt each batch to the remaining 100,000-row sheet capacity, 10,000 mutation-operation ceiling, 1,048,576-byte Sheet command boundary, and CodeMode's 1,000,000-byte durable-value boundary; target at most 950,000 serialized bytes. Each batch is one reversible changeset. Reuse the exact same idempotencyKey only when retrying the exact same record payload.

Read one revision-consistent, bounded page of rows and sparse typed cells. Read saved typed values from page.cells[].value; rawValue is the write argument, not a response field. Email/phone values remain arrays, even for one contact. Phone values contain international digits without +, 00 or separators; compare normalized values, do not rewrite equivalent formatting. Each cell includes optional enrichment presence (same short status the grid shows: active, status, label) when a cell enrichment task is attached. Project only needed columnIds, reuse snapshotRevision as expectedRevision on later pages, and follow the opaque nextCursor until null. Absent sparse cells use expectedVersion 0 for writes; present cells, including cleared cells, use their returned entityVersion. Verify saved values with this tool. Use sheets_aggregate for ordinary counts/statistics instead of scanning pages. For enrichment progress read values and presence, never sleep-wait inside execute.
