Listar

Finds the phone number and/or email of one person. Identify the person as precisely as possible: firstName + lastName + company (+ city), and linkedinSlug whenever you have it (e.g. from find_company_contacts). A bare name is often not enough to deliver anything. Billed to the Listar credit per data point found, at base price 0.50 EUR per phone and 0.10 EUR per email (the organization's volume or contract discounts apply). Nothing is billed when nothing is found. Use enrichmentType to ask for one channel only. Phones carry `usage` (professional / personal / unknown). Read `listarHints` when nothing is found. For several people, call it with wait: false for each, then collect them all with get_result (items): a search can take a few minutes.

enrich_person

Finds a company in the official register and returns its company info and its decision makers (legal directors first, then other managers): name, job title and LinkedIn profile when known. It does NOT return phone numbers or emails of the contacts: call enrich_person on each contact you need (pass firstName, lastName, company and linkedinSlug when present). Give at least one of companyName, siren, siret or domain. The strongest anchor is the SIRET of the establishment, then the official website domain: a trade name alone (a shop, a venue, a franchise) is often unknown to the register or matches the holding, while the SIRET of every French establishment is public (annuaire-entreprises.data.gouv.fr). With companyName, always add city (and industry if the name is common). Read `listarHints` in the result: they flag a business the register does not know, a company found in another city (often the holding of a group or franchise) or a company without contacts, and say how to refine. For several companies, call it with wait: false for each, then collect them all with get_result (items). Full coverage in France; partial elsewhere (then pass country and domain). Billed to the Listar credit on completion, at base price 0.02 EUR when the company is found plus 0.05 EUR per returned contact (the organization's discounts apply). Nothing is billed when the company is not found.

find_company_contacts

Where the enrichments of a list stand: what is still running, what finished, and how much data each one delivered. Call it to answer "is my list done?" and after enrich_list. A long list takes several minutes: say so rather than calling this in a loop. FREE.

get_list_enrichments

Returns the Listar credit balance of the connected organization (amounts in euro cents). Check it before a large batch.

get_credit_balance

Fetches the result of enrich_person or find_company_contacts calls that answered with status "pending": pass id and kind for one, or items for several at once. Waits a little while they are still running; those still running come back as pending. Fetching a result again never bills it twice.

get_result

Returns the lists of the signed-in user: name, how many contacts or companies they hold, and where they came from (a file, the extension, a company search, a CRM). Use it to find the id of the list the user is talking about, before reading it with get_list or enriching it with enrich_list. FREE.

list_lists

Answers questions about Listar itself: what it does, what a search needs to succeed, prices and discounts, credit and invoices, files and lists, the extension, the API and the connectors, data removal, and what to do when something looks stuck or wrong. Call it before answering any such question rather than guessing: prices and rules come from the running product, and a wrong price costs the user money. It knows nothing about a particular account: for a balance, a list or a running search, use the tools that read the account. FREE.

search_listar_docs

Reads the account in one call: the credit left, and the latest searches, files and top-ups with their status. Call it to answer "where is my search?", "what did I do yesterday?" or "how much do I have left?", and before telling the user anything about their account: never answer those from memory. An entry still processing is still running; its result is fetched with get_result when it has an id. FREE.

get_account_state

Tells Listar that a result it delivered is wrong: the data belongs to someone else, an email bounced, the company is not the one meant, the contact left. Pass the id that came with the result, and every issue that applies in a single call; reporting the same result again adds to the previous report. The Listar team reviews these reports to fix its data. It does not change the result already delivered and refunds nothing: for a refund the user contacts Listar support.

report_result_issue

Sends feedback on the Listar connector itself to the Listar team: a bug, a confusing error, or a missing tool or option. For a wrong data point in a result, use report_result_issue instead.
