Description

Custom merch from Merchi stores in Australia and New Zealand, including custom silicone wristbands, debossed wristbands, Tyvek and paper wristbands, festival wristbands, printed lanyards, socks and event merchandise. Search every store for your country, or name one store. Each product is shown once. Compare styles, colours and quantities, get a quote, then request a quote, add to cart, or open the store to buy. Artwork, delivery details and payment happen on the store website, not in ChatGPT. For schools, clubs, charities, festivals and businesses. Australia and New Zealand delivery only. Published by Merchi (merchi.co). Not affiliated with merchi.cl.

Tools

18 tools agents can invoke

Remove one line from the cart. That line is deleted and is not kept. Does not place an order or delete the product.
remove_cart_item
Change the quantity or options of one cart line. New options replace the choices already saved on that line. Does not place an order or delete the product.
update_cart_item
The add-to-cart choice after a price, when actions.add_to_cart is true. Saves the configuration in a guest cart and returns a checkout URL. Opening it shows the saved line. Pass file_ids from POST /v6/public-upload-job-files/ to put the designed draft on that line. For a groups product, pass groups and leave quantity out. The line quantity is the sum of the groups. Does not place an order or take payment.
Compare two or three products from the same store at one quantity. Returns unit price, setup, GST, total, minimum quantity and production time for each. Does not compare the same product across stores.
Turn a plain description plus a product id into field and option ids, then quote that configuration. Example: '200 debossed silicone wristbands'. If a choice is ambiguous, returns the options to pick and does not guess a print method.
The submit-a-quote choice after a price, when actions.submit_quote is true. Saves a quote request only after the shopper has answered every option, including text they can leave blank, and, when Design myself is open, whether to customise the published draft template. If this returns needs_answers, ask those questions and call again. Do not fill them in yourself, and do not say the quote is saved. Include a text field only after they give the wording or say they have none. Pass design_choice only after they answer: "design" after you upload the finished file with POST /v6/public-upload-job-files/ as multipart field 0 and pass the returned file.id in file_ids, which is saved as the client draft and on the file-upload field, or "skip" if they said no. Do not put the file bytes in this call. A cut-off artwork_url is rejected and nothing is saved. Does not take payment and does not collect a phone number or delivery address. A quote request is not an order. If the product does not take quote requests, says so and does not save one.
Estimate delivery for an Australian or New Zealand postcode or suburb, using a rate this store has published for that destination. Uses the current cart, or one product and quantity. Lists each shipment method with its price so the shopper can choose. Includes a flat rate when the method has no weight tier. If the store cannot price that destination, says so. Does not invent a rate and does not collect an address.
Read the shopper's cart for this store. Returns each line with quantity, options, GST and total. The cart token is the same idea as a guest cart. Nothing is ordered.
The design choice after a price, when actions.design_myself is true. Ask first. If they say yes, call this, download the published template, and design the artwork at that pixel size. Upload that file with POST /v6/public-upload-job-files/ as multipart field 0, then pass the returned file.id in file_ids on create_quote_job. That saves it as the client draft and on the file-upload field. Do not put the file bytes in the tool call. image_url does not expire. Pass selections when the shopper has chosen a width so only that width's template is returned. If the width is still open, the reply lists the widths. Do not invent a template, wording, or colours. If Design myself is closed, says so.
The buy-now choice after a price, when actions.buy_now is true. Pass the quantity and selections. It saves that configuration on a guest cart and returns one checkout URL. Send that URL to the shopper. Opening it shows the saved line. Pass file_ids from POST /v6/public-upload-job-files/ to put the designed draft on that line. They choose a shipment method and pay on the store. Call it only after they choose buy now, not as the ending of a price. Nothing is ordered or paid for here.
Read the status of an existing order. Requires the order or job number and the email already on that order. Returns proof, production, or shipped, and tracking when the order has been shipped. A wrong email returns not found. Read-only: does not change the order.
Get the details of one product from the Merchi store it belongs to: description, available options and their choices, minimum quantity, quantity price tiers, setup fee, typical production time and the product page link. The product_id selects the store. Use the field and option IDs returned here when calling get_quote or get_order_link. Does not place orders.
Production time for one product, quantity and options. Returns business days and a ready date in the store's timezone, and repeats the quantity. Days change only when the shopper picks a turnaround option. Otherwise the published time does not change with quantity. This is separate from delivery.
Calculate the price charged by the store that lists this product, for a chosen quantity and options, using that store's own pricing. Returns the total including GST, the tax amount and the unit price, and can compare up to 4 other quantities on the same listing. Does not compare prices across stores. Delivery is not included; it is calculated at the store's checkout. Use field and option IDs from get_product_details. After the price, ask the shopper the actions on the result and nothing else. Does not place an order or reserve stock.
How to save a quote request for one product. Lists every option to ask, and whether to customise the published draft template, before create_quote_job. Does not take payment or upload artwork. If the product does not take quote requests, says so.
Sample price, what a sample includes, and how proofs work after art is uploaded, when this store publishes that data. If it does not, says a sample is not offered. Does not upload artwork.
List product categories for the stores in scope, with links. Use it to help the user browse when they aren't sure what to search for. If the user named a store, list only that store's categories. Otherwise list categories across every store for their country. Categories with the same name are returned once, linked to the highest-priority store that has them.
Search Merchi stores for custom-printed products such as wristbands, lanyards, socks, apparel and event merchandise. By default, searches every store for the delivery country (all Australian stores in AUD, or all New Zealand stores in NZD) and returns each product once, with that listing's from-price, currency, minimum order quantity, production time and product-page link. Pass cursor from the previous page to see more. The page stays small. If the user names a store or website, search only that store. Does not compare the same product's price across stores. Only delivery to Australia and New Zealand is supported. Does not place orders.
