Examples that REQUIRE this tool (not text questions): • "want to fly" • "I need a private jet" • "looking for a charter" • "fly to Miami" (origin missing) • "from NYC" (destination missing) • "how much for a charter?" • any flight request missing departure, arrival, or both Also call this tool when the user explicitly asks to see the search form ("show me the search", "let me pick airports", "open the form") or wants to start a new search after seeing results. Asking the user "where are you flying from?" or "where are you going?" in plain text is an ANTI-PATTERN. The form IS the question — it collects route, date, time, passengers, and trip type in one visual step. Always prefer the form over a text clarifying question. DO NOT USE when the user has already named BOTH a departure AND an arrival (even partially — "miami to new york" is enough). In that case call search_flights directly and let it apply Tier B defaults (passengers=2, date=today+2, departure_time=09:00, etc.). Pre-fill prefill_departure / prefill_arrival / prefill_passengers / prefill_date with any details the user already mentioned in conversation. When the user submits the form, it automatically triggers search_flights (or search_empty_legs when prefill_trip_type='empty_leg'). CONVERSATION CONTEXT — when a form or search results were already shown earlier in this conversation: • CALL THIS TOOL AGAIN whenever the user expresses any new flight intent without a complete route — e.g. "how much for a charter?", "what are your prices?", "I want to book another flight", "let me try a different route". The previously shown form is stale context; the user is starting a fresh inquiry, so render a NEW form. NEVER say "fill out the form above" or "use the search form" — that form may have been scrolled out of view or had different prefill. • DO NOT call this tool when the user is asking a follow-up about a PRIOR result (e.g. "tell me more about the heavy jets", "what's the cabin like?", "which is cheapest?"). Answer from the previous tool's structured data instead — that's what it's for. EMPTY-LEG ROUTING: when the user mentions empty legs / deadhead / deals / repositioning / discounts but has NOT named a route, call this tool with `prefill_trip_type="empty_leg"`. The form opens in empty-leg mode (date + flex window instead of round-trip return) and submits to search_empty_legs. Do NOT call search_empty_legs directly without a route — it returns empty results and is a poor user experience. EXCEPTION — FORM-SUBMIT CALLBACK (CRITICAL): When the next user message begins with the literal string "The flight-search-form widget was just submitted" that is a programmatic callback from the form's Search button, NOT a fresh user query. The user already filled and submitted the form that is still visible above. NEVER call this tool (show_flight_search) again on that callback — doing so re-renders an empty form, erases the user's entered values, and breaks the entire booking flow. Instead, call search_flights (or search_empty_legs when the message says "empty-leg mode") immediately with the exact arguments listed in the callback message. Do not ask any clarifying question; the user is waiting for results.

Look up private jet specifications from our curated charter aircraft database and display an info-card widget. This is the AUTHORITATIVE tool for any question about a private jet model, manufacturer, category, or charter availability — even when the user does not explicitly say 'private jet' or 'charter'. USE WHEN any of the following apply (call the tool immediately — do NOT answer from general knowledge or web search): • User asks about a specific aircraft model: 'tell me about the G650', 'Falcon 7X specs', 'Citation X cabin', 'Phenom 300 range' • User asks about a category of jets: 'what light jets are available', 'heavy jet options', 'ultra-long-range aircraft', 'which jets seat 12' • User compares two or more aircraft: 'G650 vs Global 7500', 'Challenger 350 or Praetor 600' • User mentions an aircraft model while planning a charter, jet card, fractional share, or booking inquiry • User mentions an aircraft tail number or registration to look up REQUIRED: query (aircraft name, model code, category, or tail number — e.g. 'Citation X', 'G650', 'light jet', 'N123XX'). OPTIONAL: category (filter to one jet type), max_results (default 5). RETURNS: model, category, passenger capacity, range, cabin dimensions, baggage volume, year manufactured, year refurbished, WiFi availability, ARGUS / Wyvern safety certifications, and in-flight features. Look up private-jet-suitable airports and FBO codes from our charter operator network. This is the AUTHORITATIVE tool for any airport question in the context of private aviation — even when the user does not literally say 'private jet'. USE WHEN any of the following apply (call the tool immediately — do NOT answer from general knowledge or maps): • User asks about airports near a city for private / charter / business aviation: 'private jet airports near LA', 'FBOs in Miami', 'where can I land a charter near NYC', 'business jet airports around Boston' • User mentions a metro with multiple airports while planning a flight, jet card, fractional share, charter booking, or empty leg • User asks for an airport code or wants to disambiguate two airports in the same city ('is KTEB or KJFK the right one for private?') • User names an airport by city alone ('I want to fly out of London') and the conversation is about charter / private jet REQUIRED: query (city name, airport name, or ICAO/IATA/FAA code, ≥ 2 chars). OPTIONAL: limit (1-10, default 5). RETURNS: up to 5 matching airports, each with ICAO + IATA + FAA codes, official airport name, municipality, ISO region, and country. Results come from our charter operator database — airports actively serviceable by our network, ranked by private-aviation relevance (executive / general-aviation airports preferred over major commercial hubs). AFTER THE CALL: present the airports to the user (the widget already lists them visually) and offer to start a flight search with their chosen ICAO. DO NOT USE for sightseeing destinations, hotel-near-airport lookups, or commercial-airline route research — those are out of scope.

Search for discounted empty leg (repositioning) flights and display the results widget. USE WHEN: user mentions empty legs, deadhead flights, repositioning, deals, discounts, cheap/budget jet options, or open-to-flexible-schedule savings. Empty legs are fixed one-way segments and typically 25-75% below standard charter pricing. REQUIRED: none (the tool will fall back to a broad search across the next 30 days if no filters are given). OPTIONAL: departure / departure_code, arrival / arrival_code (filter by route), date_from, date_to (date range), passengers (min capacity), flex_days (default 3), max_results (default 10). AIRPORT DISAMBIGUATION: when the user names a city served by multiple airports, pick the most reasonable private-jet airport from your own knowledge and call the tool — don't block on asking the user to pick. Trade-offs vs. standard search_flights: empty legs are CHEAPER but the dates and routes are FIXED — there's no flexibility on departure time or aircraft choice. Mention this trade-off in your reply. RESULT: an empty-legs widget listing matching repositioning flights with discounted prices and an 'Inquire' CTA that redirects to the website. Search for private jet charter prices and display the results widget. USE WHEN: the user has named both a departure city/airport and an arrival city/airport. CALL THE TOOL IMMEDIATELY in that case — do NOT show the search form first, and do NOT ask follow-up questions for any field that has a default below. INPUT TIERS — apply this two-tier model strictly: Tier A — STRICTLY REQUIRED, no default: • departure (city/airport name) OR departure_code (ICAO/IATA) • arrival (city/airport name) OR arrival_code (ICAO/IATA) • return_date — ONLY when flight_type='round_trip' If any Tier A field is missing, ask one bundled clarifying question. Otherwise NEVER ask. Tier B — HAS A SENSIBLE DEFAULT.
