Neges

Creates a temporary signed link that renders the unpublished draft on the real storefront. Share it with the user so they can review the changes before publishing.

create_storefront_studio_preview_link

Deletes a URL redirect by its documentId (from list_url_redirects). The old path will stop redirecting. Requires confirm=true after explicit user confirmation. Use with care on redirects that still receive traffic.

delete_url_redirect

Soft-deletes a collection so it disappears from the storefront while history remains recoverable. Requires confirm=true.

delete_catalog_collection

Previews product usage, then soft-deletes an image asset after confirm=true. Soft deletion is recoverable with restore_image_asset and does not physically remove the stored file.

delete_image_asset

Previews and deletes a product category. First call without confirm=true to get affectedProductCount, show it to the user, and ask for confirmation. With confirm=true, soft delete is the default (sets status=deleted). Use deletionMode='hard' only when the user explicitly requests permanent deletion.

delete_product_category

Throws away every unpublished change and restores the draft to the published version. Requires confirm=true after explicit user confirmation because the pending edits are lost.

discard_storefront_studio_draft

Edits an image asset name, alt text, caption or library category, and can optionally replace the binary media with a ChatGPT file, URL, or base64 image. Omitted fields remain unchanged.

update_image_asset

Returns the active price list to use for the online shop, creating it only when the tenant has none. Idempotent: calling it repeatedly never creates a second list. Use it as the first step when pricing a new tenant, then pass the returned priceList.documentId to create_product_price as priceListDocumentId. It reuses an active list bound to channelKey "storefront", or an active list with no channelKey (which applies to every channel). Otherwise it creates one named "Online" with channelKey="storefront", inputTaxBehavior="gross" and status="active". `created` tells you which of the two happened. For anything other than the storefront list, use create_price_list.

ensure_storefront_price_list

Reads one catalog collection by documentId, including its image and included categories.

get_catalog_collection

Reads the current Storefront Studio hero layout and returns the canonical art direction for each viewport: the frame to generate at, the final aspect ratio, subject and text safe zones as normalized rectangles, focal points, and ready-to-use generation and negative prompts. Dimensions come from the Neges hero asset contract, never from this tool. Use before generating hero images.

get_storefront_hero_image_spec

Reads one image-library asset by documentId, including metadata, media and linked product count.

get_image_asset

Gets a prepared or completed inventory count by documentId, including its impact summary and validation errors.

get_inventory_count

Gets a single order by documentId for a Neges tenant, including line items, full customer contact, delivery and pricing. Use only when the user explicitly needs that order detail.

get_order

Gets one price list of a Neges tenant by documentId (from list_price_lists), including its name, internal code, channelKey, inputTaxBehavior ("gross" = amounts typed con IVA, "net" = sin IVA), status, timestamps, and how many product prices it holds (priceCount and activePriceCount). Use it to inspect a list before changing it with update_price_list, or to check how many prices an archive would affect. Price lists have no currency of their own: the currency lives on each product price (CLP by default).

get_price_list

Gets the effective price-list assignments for a tenant: one default for backoffice sales and one for the public storefront, plus the operating currency (currently CLP). Null means that channel still uses the migration compatibility resolver. Use list_price_lists with status="active" to inspect assignment candidates.

get_pricing_settings

Gets one product by documentId for a Neges tenant.

get_product

Returns tenant sale configuration, including whether operators may assign a price to an unpriced product or modify an eligible catalog price for one sale. Use list_tenants first to get tenantDocumentId.

get_sale_settings

Returns a dashboard overview plus only the first page of ranked dimensions. Use this for combined KPI/timeseries requests. Do not use it as the primary tool when the user asks for pages, referrers, devices, or countries; use list_storefront_analytics_items instead.

get_storefront_analytics

Returns the complete Storefront Studio product listing section for a tenant, including draft and published values for visibility, product filtering, card content, desktop columns, and mobile columns.

get_storefront_product_listing

Returns the business profile of a Neges tenant: name, taxId, home SEO fields, logo/favicon/social image URLs, and state. Use list_tenants first to get tenantDocumentId.

get_tenant_profile

Lists or searches URL redirects for a Neges tenant. A redirect sends an old/legacy path (fromPath) to the storefront home or the current URL of a product, category or collection (toPath resolves to the target's live slug). Pass `search` to find a redirect by its source path. Use list_tenants first to get tenantDocumentId.

list_url_redirects

Lists or searches tenant catalog collections, including their storefront image, included categories, feature flags, order and lifecycle status.

list_catalog_collections

Lists and searches the tenant image library with media URLs, category, lifecycle status, product usage count and pagination. Supports status, category and used/unused filters.

list_image_assets

Lists orders for a Neges tenant, optionally filtered by status, payment status, fulfillment status or delivery method. Customer name and email are masked in this list. Use list_tenants first to get tenantDocumentId.

list_orders

Lists the price lists ("tipos de precio") of a Neges tenant. This is where you get the priceListDocumentId that create_product_price needs. Filter with status="active" to see only the lists that can take new prices, channelKey (e.g. "storefront") for a single sales channel, code for an exact match, or term for a free-text search over name/code/channelKey. An empty result means the tenant has no price list yet: create one with create_price_list, or call ensure_storefront_price_list to get-or-create the online one in a single step. inputTaxBehavior tells you how the seller prefers to type amounts for that list ("gross" = con IVA, "net" = sin IVA); it does not change what is stored.

list_price_lists

Lists or searches product categories for a Neges tenant. Pass `term` to find a category by name (case-insensitive) instead of listing all. Returns documentIds for update_product_category, delete_product_category, set_product_categories, each category’s relatedCategories and pagination so you can tell whether more categories exist on later pages.

list_product_categories

Lists a product's active images (primary first) with their URLs, roles and the product-image documentId used by remove_product_image and reorder_product_images.

list_product_images

Lists or searches products for a Neges tenant. Use list_tenants first to get tenantDocumentId. Each product includes code (the tenant SKU — use it to cross-reference an external list; never match by name or slug), priceAmount (null = no defined price) and pricePending (true = has a price slot in a price list but the amount is not set yet — use update_product_price to fill it in; false and priceAmount null = not added to any price list yet — use create_product_price to define one). AMOUNTS: priceAmount is the NET amount (sin IVA), because that is what Neges stores. Every entry in prices[] carries both sides — netUnitAmount (sin IVA), grossUnitAmount (con IVA, what the customer pays) and taxRateBasisPoints (1900 = 19%) — so quote grossUnitAmount to the user instead of deriving it. grossUnitAmount is null only when the price has no tax category resolved.

list_products

Lists current on-hand, reserved, and available quantities by product and warehouse. Missing products have no balance yet and should be treated as zero when preparing an inventory count.

list_stock_balances

Returns the COMPLETE list for one analytics dimension by following every backend page internally. Always use this tool for general requests about most-visited pages, traffic sources/referrers, devices, or countries. It has no top-10 cutoff. Unless the user explicitly asks for a top-N or summary, present every returned item and state the total count. Use list_storefront_analytics_items_page only when the user explicitly asks for a particular page or a limited batch.

list_storefront_analytics_items

Lists the tax categories available for pricing (rateBasisPoints, e.g. 1900 = 19% IVA in Chile). Use it to get the taxCategoryDocumentId that create_product_price needs. Tax categories are global in Neges, not per tenant, so the same IVA 19% category is shared by every tenant. Only categories with lifecycleStatus="active" can be used for new prices.

list_tax_categories

Lists the Neges companies/tenants accessible to the authenticated user.

list_tenants

Lists or searches warehouses for a Neges tenant. Use this first to resolve a warehouse name to its stable documentId before reading or changing inventory.

list_warehouses

Returns exactly one paginated batch for an analytics dimension. Use only when the user explicitly requests a particular page, a top-N/limited batch, or wants manual pagination. Follow pagination.nextPage while pagination.hasMore=true. For normal list requests, use list_storefront_analytics_items instead because it returns the complete list.

list_storefront_analytics_items_page

Returns a permanent-delete impact preview unless confirm=true. Confirmed deletion physically removes the already soft-deleted asset, media file and product-image links and cannot be undone.

permanently_delete_image_asset

Validates, focal-crops and scales one hero source to the canonical frame for the current layout and viewport, then uploads it as a JPEG asset without assigning it. Dimensions come from the hero asset contract; the source is never upscaled, so a small source stays small and is reported as such.

prepare_storefront_hero_image

Prepares an absolute inventory count without changing stock. It snapshots current balances, calculates increases and decreases, and returns a count documentId. For a full-catalog request use mode=all_active_products with countedOnHand. Always show the impact summary and ask for explicit confirmation before apply_inventory_count.

preview_inventory_count

Publishes the draft: the changes become visible to every storefront visitor immediately. Requires confirm=true after explicit user confirmation. Offer a preview link first, and note that a draft with blocking validation issues is rejected.

publish_storefront_studio_draft

Reads the Storefront Studio configuration of a tenant: publish state, validation issues and the ordered list of home sections. Pass view="theme" for colors, typography, header, layout and chat settings, or view="section" with sectionType for one section's settings. Always call this before an update so you know the current values and the updatedAt to pass as baseUpdatedAt.

get_storefront_studio_config

Use this when an authorized tenant administrator explicitly asks to refresh the public Neges storefront cache. The operation is restricted to the selected tenant and is authorized again by Neges Strapi.
