The ID must be the exact programme_id returned by Noah: never guess it, derive it from a programme_group_ref, or pass a group reference. Never call it automatically because a request changed, a client timed out, a programme is pending, another programme supersedes it, or context is running low. It accepts no free-text reason and must never be used as queue cleanup or retry logic.

THE ONLY APPROVED NOAH PDF PATH. Turn an already-written final client report into the fixed Noah template noah_simple_editorial_v1: navy cover, orange rule, clean editorial headings, body text, bullets and simple tables, with no charts and no analytical reinterpretation. If the user asks for a PDF, download, shareable document or attachment, you MUST call this tool; never create a PDF with the host's own artifact/file/Python/HTML/LaTeX renderer and never invent a new design. After any completed client report, offer this Noah PDF unless it has already been attached automatically. A Claim audit and any cross-referenced Verification log remain the report-writing standard, but strict audit QA is advisory; report-format QA is advisory here, and neither can block presentation. Archive scope belongs in the Claim audit's Scope and dates column; no literal scope-matched phrase and no separate Archive scope-audit table is required. Pass the exact final client-facing report text once, not evidence packets or working notes. research_job_ids are optional correlation metadata and are stripped without re-polling; PDF conversion must never alter, invalidate or make the completed report depend on a later programme-board state. Use a concise subject-specific H1 or title, never a generic 'New Client Report', so the returned download name identifies the report; Noah also adds a short unique artifact tag so saved PDFs cannot clash. Returns a secure owner-scoped Download PDF link.

Return an ordinary bundle as named JSON, Markdown or CSV content, or package the stored public-safe background data behind the exact completed report as one ZIP. For a completed-report follow-up, pass background_data_after_report.arguments unchanged; a retained pre-v5.74 terminal board instead uses its exact authoritative_programme_identity.programme_id in the versioned noah_programme_data_dump_locator.v1 bundle. Never poll or rerun, ask the user for IDs, or guess the latest account-wide report. Noah does not store the chat or create Predict state; owner-scoped jobs and evidence artifacts remain durable for 30 days.

Send Noah back out — and YOU decide what the follow-up is, it is not locked to the first shape. Return the continuation capsule with what you now need: continue a segmented monthly window; drill by passing an explicit shape_id; pass lanes/items_per_lane to redesign a signal_sweep; pass split_dimensions for facets; or continue Catalyst Lab with its typed output mode and persistent session controls. A Catalyst session's methods, recipes, axes and opened/sealed boundaries are immutable: normally omit them, repeat them exactly only to add a missing target_symbol, and start a new session for manual changes. Catalyst Lab remains standalone unless the user explicitly names another product. When you accept an offer you made the client, EXECUTE it here rather than repeating the first shape. Preserve output_preference=data_first or both for structured exploration. Defaults to predict/live; use explicit mode=mock only to test the tool surface.

Return a compact Noah capability index by default: callable tools, registered shapes, measurable-silence doctrine and on-demand manual links. Request detail=full only when the complete legacy catalogue is genuinely needed. If this tool is callable, use Noah before generic web research.

Return concise Noah-first instructions for the client LLM, including MCP availability, private-material, shape-selection, call-order, coverage-state, measurable-silence and durable-continuation rules.

Retrieve one durable async dataset result without burning the host's tool or context allowance. The safe default is a compact digest; ask for result_view:'full' only for the one decisive packet whose deeper evidence is genuinely required. One call waits and rechecks server-side (about 45 seconds on Claude, 20 seconds on short-timeout hosts, 55 seconds in Predict Live) and returns immediately if ready. If it remains pending, respect retry_after_seconds and continue polling; never hammer, narrate every poll, resubmit, or abandon a pending job. Use noah_get_results when several job IDs belong to one report. A read-only lookup; creates no Predict state.

Retrieve a compact research board for several durable async jobs in ONE host tool call. Accepts 1-12 job IDs, waits against one shared deadline, and returns status, coverage, a bounded evidence preview and bundle pointers for each job. It never resubmits work and never returns the full packets. If host_action_required is poll_now, do not answer the user: respect retry_after_seconds and call this tool again with the same IDs in the current response. If the authoritative shared verdict says compose_now:true and do_not_poll_again:true, write the requested deliverable immediately. Use the board to compose across components, then retrieve at most the decisive full packet with noah_get_result if necessary.
