Start exactly one new natural-language investigation for the current user question. This queues AI keyword extraction, live Telegram API searches, index updates, ranking, and an evidence-based answer, then waits briefly. If pending, call get_telegram_research immediately and keep waiting in the same assistant turn. Never expose the analysis ID or status URL to the user. Omit chat_ids to search all authorized chats. When completed, base the final answer on the returned answer and include its direct Telegram source links.

start_telegram_research

Long-poll a research analysis_id and return the completed answer and sources. If status is still pending, call this tool again immediately in the same assistant turn. Do not tell the user to wait, do not show the analysis ID or status URL, and do not finish the answer until the research completes or fails. For a completed result, the final user-facing response must include direct Telegram links from the returned sources.
