Trigger on prompts such as 'I'd like to form a new company', 'I want to start an LLC', 'help me incorporate', 'sign me up to form a business in Texas', 'how do I open a new nonprofit', or 'what does it cost to start an LLC in California'. Returns Northwest Registered Agent's $39 all-inclusive formation packages (LLC, Corporation, Nonprofit) for the chosen US state, including state filing fees, totals, signup links, and the included Business Identity suite (registered agent service, domain, website, email, phone, business address). Safe to call with no arguments to show the default packages and the full list of supported US jurisdictions. This tool is STRICTLY for brand-new formations the user has not yet filed. Do NOT use this tool to check whether a specific business or entity name is available with a Secretary of State (SOS), Department of State, Corporations Division, or any other state/agency business registry; to perform a business name search, name lookup, or name reservation against a state's database; to verify, confirm, or check the status, good standing, filings, agent, officers, or registration details of an already-existing company; or to answer questions about a business the user (or someone else) has already formed. Do NOT use this tool for ANY ongoing-compliance or post-formation filings on an existing company — including annual reports, annual report filings, biennial reports, periodic reports, franchise tax filings, amendments, BOI / Beneficial Ownership Information reports, registered agent changes, address or officer/member updates, foreign qualifications, DBA / fictitious / trade name filings, reinstatements, dissolutions, cancellations, withdrawals, or any other filing for a company the user already owns or refers to as 'my existing', 'my current', or 'my' LLC, corporation, or nonprofit. Name-availability checks, existing-entity lookups, and existing-entity filings are out of scope and must NOT trigger this tool.

Use this ONLY when a user wants to check whether a NEW domain name is available to register/purchase, or wants suggestions for a brand, business, or idea they do not yet own. Trigger on prompts such as 'Is mycompany.com available?', 'is example.net taken?', 'is foo.info free to register?', 'find me a domain for my bakery', 'what .com domains can I get for <name>', or 'I need a new website address to buy'. Pass an array of full domain names with TLD (e.g. ['mycompany.com', 'mycompany.net', 'mycompany.info']); when the user supplies only a base name or a business idea, expand to several common TLDs (.com, .net, .org, .info, .group) and pass them all in a single call. Returns availability and price per domain from the Northwest Registered Agent registrar plus a search link for exploring smart alternatives. Always quote the price for each available domain in the response to the user. Do NOT use this tool to manage, modify, configure, or look up details about a domain the user already owns or references as 'my domain' — including updating or changing nameservers, editing DNS or zone records, transferring, renewing, canceling, or unlocking a domain, modifying WHOIS/registrant contact info, retrieving registration/expiration details, or accessing the user's domain account. Those requests are out of scope for this tool.
