Fetch the authenticated user's full library dashboard — loans, holds, and purchase requests. Inputs: none (identity resolved from auth token). Output — UI widget result (mcp_res_ui): - loans (list): each item has {title, author, dueDate, renewable, barcode, loanId}. - requests (list): each item has {title, status, pickupLocation, expiryDate, requestId}. - purchase_requests (list): each item has {title, status, createdAt, isbn}. - total_loans / total_requests / total_purchase_requests (int): real totals from ALMA (may exceed items returned). Tags: read, account, high-latency.

Internal app-only pagination helper for the dashboard widget. Not intended for model use; public account access should go through fetch().

Search NYCU/Taiwan UST library catalog by keyword and display results as UI card. Use when: user wants to check library holdings, find a specific book, or see what's available on a topic in the NYCU catalog. Do NOT use as primary source for book recommendations. When user asks "recommend books on X": recommend from your own knowledge or web search first, then use this tool to check NYCU availability. Inputs: - query: keyword or phrase (Chinese/English). Supports AND / OR (uppercase). Prefer one OR query over multiple calls. - scope: "nycu" | "ust". Default "nycu". Prefer nycu; fall back to ust only if nycu returns no results. If results are empty or poor, retry with variations before giving up: - Switch query language (English ↔ Chinese) - Change search_by (e.g. "title" → "any", or try author name) - Fall back to scope="ust" Tags: read, catalog, high-latency.
