PACO Concierge

Add a note to an existing PACO request so the team sees it. Use this when the client wants to clarify something or pass on new information without changing the request itself. Do not include payment card numbers, bank details, government identification (NIF, NISS, passport or social security numbers), clinical or medical details, or any password, one-time code or credential. PACO collects anything sensitive directly with the client through its own secure channel.

comment_on_request

Cancel a PACO request the client no longer needs. This cannot be undone from here — reinstating a cancelled request requires contacting the PACO team. Confirm explicitly with the client before calling this, and pass confirmed: true only once they have said yes to cancelling this specific request.

cancel_request

Retrieve the full detail and current status of one specific PACO request. Use this when the client asks about a particular request rather than for an overview.

get_request

List the client's requests with the PACO team and their current status. Use this when the client wants an overview of outstanding work, or asks what PACO is currently handling for them.

list_requests

Submit a new request to the PACO concierge team, who carry it out on the client's behalf: bookings, appointments, outreach, errands, admin and follow-up. Use this once the client has asked PACO to take something on. Write the summary so a member of the team can act on it without asking follow-up questions. submit_request

Change the title, summary, deadline or status of an existing PACO request. Use this when the client wants to revise something they already asked for.
