Use this when a student wants real IGCSE or IB past-paper questions, topic practice or revision. Defaults to free_only=true: search the website's actual free subset and return metadata plus a filtered free-practice link, not question images or a saved worksheet. For explicitly requested full-bank results use free_only=false; non-free content still needs website bank access. Filter by bank, topic, subtopic, year, session, paper and marks. No free matches produces an honest empty result and optional alternatives with explicitly relaxed filters. Mark bounds are not supported in website URLs, so their links open a broader view. Do not use this for unrelated subjects or purely theoretical explanations.

List the past-paper question banks available on PastPaperPrep (Cambridge IGCSE and IB), with the topic and subtopic structure of each. Use this when the user asks what subjects, syllabuses or topics are covered, asks for exam practice without naming a bank, or when a search returned nothing. Defaults to free-only coverage and reports actual free question counts and topic vocabulary; free_only=false explicitly requests full-bank metadata. Free practice does not unlock paper building, saved worksheets or PDF export.
