PhysioKeys

Fetch one article's full record by id from `search` or your saved articles: complete abstract, journal, authors, year, DOI, links, a ready-to-use citation, and rights-verified cached full text (CC0 or CC BY) when PhysioKeys has it. Ids look like 'pmid:12345678', a bare PMID, or an article UUID. Does not consume the user's search allowance.

fetch

List citation metadata and library status for the signed-in user's saved PhysioKeys articles (their inbox/library), newest first. Private notes, user-created classifications and tags, PDF-upload status, and saved timestamps are not returned. A fetchable id is included only when the saved record maps to a PubMed PMID or PhysioKeys article UUID. Optionally filter by a de-identified title keyword or status.

physiokeys_list_saved_articles

Show the signed-in user's PhysioKeys plan and remaining allowances (searches, saved articles, AI credits). Use this when the user asks how many searches they have left or why a search was blocked.

physiokeys_account_status

Save an article (by PMID) to the signed-in user's PhysioKeys library inbox so they can find it later in the app. Safe to call twice: if the article is already saved, nothing changes. Counts toward the user's saved-articles plan limit. The connector does not accept or store a free-form note with this action.

physiokeys_save_article

Search PhysioKeys' curated physiotherapy/rehabilitation research library (source='physiokeys', default) or PubMed (source='pubmed') for clinical evidence. Returns ranked articles with abstract snippets and ready-to-use citations; pass a result id to `fetch` for the full abstract and rights-verified cached full text. Each call consumes one search from the signed-in user's PhysioKeys plan allowance. Use only de-identified general research questions; never include patient-identifiable information.
