Call this whenever the user asks to generate, write, or produce a report for a month, week, half-month, or custom range. Resolve the requested period to startDate/endDate yourself (today's date is available in context); e.g. 'first half of June 2026' → 2026-06-01 to 2026-06-15, 'last month' → that calendar month. After it returns, narrate the `report` object as prose following the `format_guide` it returns; do NOT assemble the report from the individual metrics tools.

With an auditId (a crawl id), returns the crawl's site-wide checks (e.g. robots_present, sitemap, llms_txt), post-crawl checks, and per-page individual checks (e.g. canonical, title_description, structured_data) with pass/fail status and scores; the limit param is not used in this mode. Pages are the worst-scoring first, fixed at a cap of 100 (not adjustable); totalPages reports the full count so you know when the list is truncated.
